HEAR Institute Short Film [ICAC Short Film Competition 2016 ]

The ICAC Short Film Competition 2016 saw the participation of 49 entries in the amateur category and 9 in the professional category. The set theme was "Fighting corruption is everybody's responsibility". This present movie was produced by the staff and the deaf students of the HEAR institute. We salute their effort!
