My number one all-time favorite pinball machines, I cannot even count the number of times I played it and spent lots of quarters too, a true classic, thanks for posting this video of Mata Hari.
love the sounds on this machine. Especially counting down the bonus. The colour scheme and the smooth gameplay design of this one makes it a standout. I spent hundreds of dollars getting good at it in my youth.
This was the very first pinball machine I ever played in the summer of 1980. The majority of the money I made from my paper route went to this machine & Space Invaders, then soon after Asteroids. Man, I miss those care free days!
Funny I did the same thing with the paper route money Julian and ya, those were care free days for sure. hehe. I remember one matahari game I played. I was in a hurry, and it was a 3 ball game (which I didn't like) but I had a great ball, beat the 3 high scores, beat the record, and got 3 specials off the targets. I won 9 games and couldnlt play them because I had to leave hehe.
Funny because I've always thought it weird that kids today watch RUclips videos of people playing video games. And here I am watching a dude play pinball!
I remember back in the summer of 1978 there was a local skateboard park that also had a small arcade on site. They had a "Mata Hari" pinball machine, and had a contest that the person with the highest score in a weeks time won the machine. As I recall I missed the high score by like 1,100 points and came in 2nd place. They gave the winner 3 days to come forward to claim the machine. The winner finally came forward just a few hours short of the 3 days expiring and since I came in 2nd place the machine would have gone to me. The machine was in mint condition due to the fact it was released just a few months prior. You want to talk about someone that was really bummed out!!!
@@scottchurch3675 Thanks Scott. If I ever see another one at a reasonable price I'll jump right on it, but these classics are getting harder and harder to find.
A cool machine you have it working great. In my area the only Mata Hari machine would send the ball down the middle out of the kickhole, which made that game totally unenjoyable. Greedy operator had to ruin my fun on that machine anyways.
Make a me feel like I'm 15 again. 57 Now, and still remember those sounds. This was my favourite table. Thanks for the memories.
Those late 70s Bally machines are the best! Seeing Mata Hari and Kiss next to each other brings back so many beautiful memories. Thanks so much!!!

Same sound on my "Eight Ball" ........ exactly in fact.
Thanks Rod, on my wish list, you have a beautiful Mata Hari.
Thank you Allison :) Yeah it's such a great looking and playing game. Definitely keep on the lookout for one!
Love the Machine, I wish I had mine back!
Best Pinball machine out there!

I always loved the MataHari, of all the Pinball machines. Please show another film. Thanks.
Luna Park in Sydney has a pretty rare version of this. Has analog counter instead of the digital one shown here. Your play style reflects mine!
I thought my eyes were deceiving me - first update in 8 months! Good choice in machine too! :)

Mata Hari pinball was my first love !

You should buy one. If it were me, I would have bought one. I mean, I actually own a Mata Hari, even without the heartbreaking story !

I got a score over 1 million my favorite!
Please get those Williams flipper bats off that machine and replace them with Bally bats!

They made a solid state version and an EM version. Which version do you have?
Cm Derrick Frankland and Eric Hawkins flipped Madame a Hari
Is there a way to set it to free play
Set the replay level at 10,000 points or the better way is to use a modified ROM with free play.
You should show your score!!!!!
Nice , except for the Wiliams flippers
Yep, I'm so lazy! I'll get on it soon hehe.
you still suck at pinball Rod! lol lovely machine, makes me want one even more.
Haha, yeah it's a great game. Amazing how addictive it is considering the symmetric layout :)
bonjour vous ne savez pas jouer au flipper.
