    I should mention... I have only been charging at work. Not at home. So I leave work with 100 percent battery and ride home. Don't charge, and then ride to work the next day and charge.

      You shouldn’t solely use the fast charger it will degrade your battery quicker then the regular one… unless you don’t mind dropping a few hundred bucks on a new battery sooner rather then later

    I just ordered the Phantom v3 and it recommends the 52V fast charger. There is also a 60V fast charger, which is the one that you have. I was just told by the support team that the battery is 52V so if I want a fast charger, I need the 52V fast charger and not to get the 60V even though it is labeled on the site as a Phantom charger. Now I am just confused.

      Oh. I think you're right!! I'm gonna stop using mine until support helps out. I've only used it one time. Thank you!!! The phantom v3 is indeed 52 volts.

      @@wwjoshdew So, I was just doing a live chat with tech support. I did originally select that 60V charger with my order but since it hasn't been sent out yet, they edited my order and replaced it with the 52V charger and refunded me the difference. The part that still confuses me is why they have the 60V charger if their own staff says that we shouldn't use it. I didn't see any scooter that had a 60V battery that could utilize that charger.
      With that being said, how are you liking the scooter? I currently have an Emove Cruiser S, which I love but I also wanted a dual motor scooter that had a little more kick and was fun to ride.

      @@maliekball5577 I saw phantom and was like, yup. that's what I have. my bad! lol. I'm hoping they let me just exchange instead of waiting on the refund, and then ordering the 52v one. I love this thing. I ride it to work and rarely have to put gas in my car. it goes 40mph except for up hills. I have a VERY steep hill and go a max of 27mph up it. it's about quarter to half a mile of that. the rest of the way, 40mph. Which is the speed limit.

      Hahahahahahaha! That's exactly what I did. LOL.
      Ok, you have me looking forward to mine getting here at the end of the month. I hope you are able to get your charger sorted out soon. I also subscribed. Take care.

    Hey bud I got one of these 2nd hand on a trade.... Can you tell me why there's 2 charging ports and if I have to connect both at the same time, one at a time, etc.? I'm confused.

    • @wwjoshdew
      @wwjoshdew  Месяц назад

      you can use either or. I'm assuming there is two so you can use two slow chargers to charge faster. I ended up buying their upgraded charger and it went from taking my entire 9 hour work day to charge the scooter, to about 3 hours. It was so nice!! the fan was noisy though. You definitely knew WHEN it was DONE charging though. lol. (the fan would shut off on the charger, once the green light came on).

      @wwjoshdew Thanks so much! I appreciate the info! I was so confused as to why it had two identical ports. I didn't know which one to use and if they were used for charging different parts of the scooter .

      @@wwjoshdew Do you know how many amps that fast charger is? I got this scooter 2nd hand on a trade and it didn't come with a charger so I'm shopping around for an aftermarket one.

    My ecoflow is much louder than that when it's running and it runs its fan continuously when plugged in

    • @wwjoshdew
      @wwjoshdew  Год назад

      I wasn't saying it was loud. When it's dead silent, you can hear it. I mean, sometimes we turn a fan on and it would be louder than the charger. Or when we turn the heater on, it will be a lot louder than the charger.
