Yeah, the graphics suck on this video. The scorecard is filled out incorrectly in each example. Ignore the visuals and just listen to the spoken instructions.
No skill, but still fun. I host several community game groups where skill games are played. This is a nice break from those games. It allows players to socialize with a variety of people as the tableau shifts with each round. It's a great ice breaker for groups of new people.
