Most definitely, on a lower sensitivity small adjustments take more stick to move. Meaning on 14 sensitivity to make a small adjustment you have to breathe on the stick and it will make you do a 180. Versus 6 moving the stick slightly you aim moves slightly. Move it a lot you aim moves a lot

He plays with all 4 paddles which he's kept the same, since he got it. He also uses RT and LT, just make sure you use the locks so instead of pushing all the way done you sort of just tap. I also got this suggestion from him, make sure you loosen up the left stick and tighten up the right stick.
My dear Cbass keyboard input lag is 1 ms and so I mouse. Controller is around 16ms with 1m cable. Also screen refresh on pc and fps can go up to 250 on your setup there is no chance against proper pc player.

Everything default, I didn't mess with anything besides making the triggers lock

I play 20/20 with 1.20 ads multiplier on instant and linear it feels good for me but deff needed a little getting used to

I use 2.00 ads and have for years. That way it matches my 20/20 sens. Only for sniping tho. My ads for regs is .90
