When you do the wheel this way you should spin all teams and then give chuck the option to flip them the other ways so the teams go in diffrent orders

it seems that the odds for Chuck pulling cards goes down with this new, team for every box method. 24 cards per box, 32 teams - the odds are less than 1 card per box. Every time you change teams it starts over. However , if you keep the same team throughout, your odds increase. If you don't pull a Bear in the first box, you have better odds in the next, eventually you will pull Bears. But if you do it the new way, in theory, you could get skunked for life and it wouldn't cost Chuck a dime! Whose idea was this, anyway?
