Good job Grant. I was charging my old LF, 11 inch coil the other day. I decided to give your 357 Magnum program a try on the LF coil . It worked surprisingly well. I feel the older LF coils have kinda fallen by the way side. I think your program has breathed a little life back into the old stock coil. So don't count out the LF coils yet. Thanks again Grant....

Glad to hear it! And I agree, that can be a great coil for this program.

I have tried your Magnum program along with most of the other very popular ones and have found it to be better all around then any of the others! Thanks

Good vid Grant. I think I'll have to try your 357 settings for deeper targets in well hunted beaches once Alan and I can get back in the water. Hope you get some clips from other water hunters as I'd be interested in seeing how the 357 works for them. Keep up the good work, or should I say keep having fun. Thanks. Blessings.

Thanks, Jim. Getting it in the water would be a great test!

Great video Grant. The 357 Magnum program definitely punches a deeper hole in the Earth! I can't wait to see 44 Magnum IAR in the future!

Hi Grant, great video. I created a very similar program using the Deep program save for my settings were a bit "hotter". Believe had sensitivity at 94, reactivity at 2.5 and discrimination all the way down at -6.4. Think I had similar results. I didn't like good targets sounding like trash targets or very similarly to trashy targets. As you said not for trashy and iron infested areas. Good for non trashy areas and fields. I going to tweak mine in line more with yours. I'm used to coins and such being more pure and distinctive I guess. Just my two cents.

Thanks Kevin. I hear you 100%! It’s a learning curve for sure. Film your experience and send it to my for a future video :-)

Hay Grant,, have you ever had a chance to do any prospecting with the Deus? I'll be taking my Deus this year with me to Utah. I've been pretty impressed with the HF Elliptical coils ability to find very small targets.

I have not but I'm dying to. Check out Andrew Benson's videos on this channel. He does a bit of gold hunting.

good morning... I purchased the orx kit which was suppose to have the 9' X35 but came with 11' X35 although the larger coil may be deeper do you feel the 9' is a more stable coil and better with separation.

Yes, I would return the 11'' coil and get what you paid for.

    Grant ,
Fairly new XP user and have a question I own the large coil , stock coil and HF round is there any reason I should purchase a x35 coil ? If so what are the benefits other than frequencies I cant get from other coils ....
Also is there a program that works best with the HF coil in trashy areas.
    God Bless
    Kyle

Sorry for my slow reply to this. I find the X35 is a bit more stable than the original stock coil, and has a wider range of frequencies. But you should do well if you just have the original coil. For trashy areas using the HF coil, I recommend checking out my standard Magnum program -- bump reactivity to 4 or 5 -- ruclips.net/video/S4CB4HSfudc/видео.html
