How is it not a copyright infringement, whether you "intend" it or not? Disney doesn't seem to care, so I'm just glad it's still here. I love this music, and I think it's great PR for Disney. As an artist, though, it does bother me a bit when people think that just saying they don't own the property absolves them of the responsibility to obey copyright law. If you don't own it, the law says you can't publish it without the permission of the copyright owner. There's no exclusion for "intent."
I always go to Disneyland so this soundtrack will always seem off.
