That's really in the Goldilocks zone between giant American style RVs and those tiny little campers, isn't it? That main bedroom + heads combo is such a comfortable place to be in. Awesome showcase, Nick!
Another ingenious design, well done Hymer and Nick! I love the comment in the bathroom, “so you can go in there in the morning and sort yourself out”! Great show Sir!
Hi Nick, And a hugh thanks to you for bringing us this very nice Hymer B Class Masterline i890 what a show this is a home on wheels great with a big bathroom sleeping for four in great comfort but the price for a motorhome like this is also big. Thanks again Nick this is a great show ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I thought Nick was going to ok tell us 'What this one has got is a crew's quarters!' Unheard of in the UK, but in America with our giant motorhomes and RV's, those actually exist. You have bedrooms for a driver, a maid or butler and possibly a porter to set things up for you, or a chef. Celebtards are infamous for bringing entourages with them and of course they sleep on their campers so them, their family, security and whatever hangers on come with them and sleep in giant 2 million dollar or more RV's.
Fantastic as always…Great designs through the motor home, thought of everything, infact one could sell one’s home & live in the Hymer motor home, touring all over British Isles, plus Europe…
They have thought about everything I love the colour of the wood and the shower how it is set out and a door to the toilet stunning and the bed looks very comfortable 👍❤❤❤
Hi Nick. I do like the minicoach look with twin rear axle and the drop down bed. Very stylish and spacious interior. Very nice. Great walkthrough tour thanks 😊
Really enjoyed this one. Size is nice, features are nice, just an all around pleasant feel to it! Excellent tour, watched it a few times, just feel’s homey!
An added bonus would be ability also to raise/lower the rear bed inside the vehicle, so that it doesn't have to be done outside in inclement weather. Great job separating the toilet/shower area w doors both ways. Well done, Hymer.
I guess the logic is that you're only going to raise it if you're putting something tall in the garage (so are out there), plus you need to be able to check you have clearance to lower it.
Great bit of kit and everything you’d need for touring. Noticed a lot of “about the place” in your tours recently. Must add it to my Burnham Bingo card!
Nice video as always, you didn’t mention if the seats behind the television in the main bit were fitted with seat belts. The only thing I would have added is a microwave but maybe not everyone wants one.
Hymer make some terrific motorhomes, had mine for nine years from new, nothing ever went wrong. But I got mine from abroad as the UK distributor could only offer me a stock vehicle (at this level - you must be joking) rather than the one I wanted, apparently as right hand drive production is delivered first so they have to estimate stock and order in advance. And why do they fit full size cooker units to UK vans? It robs the galley of so much storage and worktop space. I don't go on holiday to slave in the galley! I'd also say a van this size will remove many, many destinations in UK and Europe from your itinerary. You must be sure of how you're going to use it before getting something this big, however impressive it is in isolation.
Hymer, like the other German producers… are a totally different level of quality and expertise. I love this style of vehicle, the Mercedes Sprinter pulling it along and the superb ALKO tandem axle body attached to it……. The only big issue is it’s “bigness”…….. it is a 5000kg vehicle, which either confines it to old codgers like me, with the class on our archaic licences….. or the need to take a further driving test. The other practical issue, one we hope we never need, is if the vehicle is ever damaged or impaired, they are very difficult to transport…….. having done it for decades, I have bitter experience of this. Not something uppermost in the buying process, but care and maintenance need to be established as the local garage may well be able to deal with a Sprinter, but not necessarily with the bit added on the back…… 🙂 T’is a gorgeous vessel Nick and I’m sure that garage could serve as a decent crew berth for the occasional passage….. 🙂
As a Mercedes mechanic for nearly a decade, these things are a bitch to work on. To service the engine you have a letterbox opening to small to pull the air filter box out from! They dont fit on lifts, everything is glued together. Christ man. And people get angry when we can't fix the camper specialized bits, or don't have spares for them.
I assume it’s a double floor construction for winter insulation and protection of the fresh and waste systems. Nice motor and great review. Shame about the cupboards over the head of the bed though - you can’t sit up with the bed raised.
It would be interesting to know how much water this thing carries, or is it only realistic to use the shower if you're at a site with a supply connected? Likewise, does it have large batteries and an inverter to drive those mains sockets when you're in the wild?
The quality looks fantastic. Well designed without reinventing the wheel as they say. I don’t like the shape of the master bed, I would want a square cornered bed even though it encroaches onto floor space. The sheer size of the vehicle would be quite restrictive about most of the Scottish country roads especially up north
My major look through in a camping vehicle is the sleeping arrangements and I'm disappointed you did not demonstrate the above seat bedding area. Also, it would be a deadly drinking game to consume a shot every time you said nice or lovely!
If it's a RHD camper mainly for the UK market, why is the door on the right and not on the other side? Because if you pull over, your'll be stepping directly onto the road.
Another great tour, Nick! I really like a lot about this coach, particularly the dark upholstery as it would not show dirt and wear as quickly as white would. The biggest concern I have is the powertrain -- would it be underpowered when fully loaded? Especially on uphill grades, 170 hp seems inadequate to keep up with other vehicles.
Just needs a towing attachment at the back for a little car like a Smart since it's not going to be fun taking the behemoth into quaint towns and villages and its not always suitable to cycle to such places in UK weather.
Good vid as always but they ain't a patch on the US ones, them top line US truck campers beat this thing for 70 grand - 3 slide outs and it pops on top a heavy dual wheelbase pick up! Better equipment in those little things too
I wish they would make the garage accessible from the back. Trying to reach a container of stored items that are in the center of the garage is a real pain, usually meaning you have to unload a bunch of stuff to get to what you want.
Very beautiful I could only dream but what I would like u to mention in your content if your able to drive these motor homes on a normal UK license or do u have to apply for the cat/c license it would be very interesting to know on future content and this one please as I enter competitions to try win a motor home all the time as would help me being disabled to visit family I know its a long shot but I can only try I just like to know what I'm eligible to drive to being curious and I really love watching your videos thanks very much ❤
Dinette where the person in the Drivers sear can’t reach the table nor can those on the side seat. Bring back a full Dinette. Only 2 people can watch the Tv. No food prep area in the Kitchen like all today’s Motorhome. Reduce the Bathroom the make a proper Kitchen and save an axle!
Beautiful motor home, having the enterence door on the right hand side for a right hand drive vehicle would be a bit dangerous if parking in the street.
Stunned people like this! All I see is a pokey seating area you can't properly spread out on to watch a movie. Its cab seats or a 90deg upright small bench. Tiny kitchen and thu to the bed. Honestly all I was thinking was all that length and it's hopeless.
@@truther4life No! Duh!! Crap layout is the reason. My last Motorhome was way smaller than this but seemed bigger on the inside than this thing. UK vans tend to not have slides ever.

Just close the bathroom doors, like you would in any other bathroom if that's an issue, but it's usually couples who run these.
