my cooldown reduction is at 25% and lucky hit chance is at 32.4% Movement spd 158% attack speed should be at 40% or above and crit chance 45% or above and use Heady precision elixirs for more crit chance when facing uber lilith for extra consistency on critical strikes. use shred on the last 3 seconds of your grizzy rage(GR) during Phase 1 and on Phase 2 activate GR when she starts to form her body and when she's about to finish her wings start popping tornadoes wait about between 4-6sec and then start doing shred nonstop till all hp is gone and just run around to avoid those fireballs/souls. you can follow my pattern/route or have your own, ranks on evade for boots is important. The wrathful heart barber I use is a 2.5 to 3.0 sec all work just fine the 4.0sec doesn't work well with me but it does show bigger dmg I mean billions lol. last note if you still struggling with your spirit generation swap ursine strength to perfect storm both works on taking down Uber Lilith.
@@taoday118 hmm I guess its very important since you still ran out of spirit while using perfect storm. try using basic attacks when your spirit at 40% while grizzy is active. if your still having spirit issues 2 things I think maybe you need more crit chance? or find rings and totem that have resource gen so yea try that out and goodluck

The reason pumping as many tornadoes as you can is just to make sure when you use shred she has some poison stack on her otherwise blurred beast aspect wont do any dmg. on phase 1, your not just stacking Poison on her tru tornadoes you also waiting for the last 3 secs of grizzly rage to able 1 or 2 tap her with shred.

@@JRK988 After checking it out it seems like this will disable my druid completely except for lillith. I may still try it but I dont know - my clan mate said they tried this build and it seemed buggy.
@@forg0tten not to completely disable your current build. you just have to switch some aspect. but this set up and paragon board is solely for uber lilith/ world boss to if you want lol. so make sure you have enough gold and alternate gear and extra aspects to easily switch back on full tornado build or your current build once your done with Lilith. you cant push NM dungeon 65 and up with build because its squeshy not running masochistic boon and other defenssive nodes. and its not buggy as you see in my video and my other video taking her down.
@@JRK988 Yeah I'm going to start putting gear and aspects aside. I have 50 million gold currently but we both know how fast that can go as soon as I try to rolla piece or two. Toxic claw is super important for amulet huh? I'd have to figure that out I only have envenom ones.

Why use accelerating aspect and not rapid? (assuming you get a good roll attack speed is up %30 vs %25 and doesn't rely on crit)
you use tornado with(accelerating adpect) more than rapid(basic skill)

not just tap after nado you need to walk away or dash 1 away a little bit from Lilith then tap shred and do the same thing again and again till down
