The one thing you don't do that I wish you did is do comparison swatches of your new polishes with similar existing polishes to highlight the differences between them. Aside from that, I'm always interested in seeing demos of all new plates, seasonal nail art, and trending nail art. Maybe you could occasionally feature your lowest selling plates and polishes to create interest in them.
I am having trouble getting the protective film off of the glue tabs. It takes the glue tabs off too when I try to peel off the film. Any tips for that?
Hi! Use a nail tweezer or a pusher to lift the edges and peel them off from there. Wipe your nails with alcohol as well so that the tabs will adhere better to your nails and it won't come off when you peel the protective cover 🥰🥰
I have tried contacting your company all last week my debit card was hacked through your account money taken out oct 3 2024 and never received box looked on the account and it shows the box is coming from Seattle. I been with your company for a long time and to not get any reply back nor have you notified any there is an issue!!As of today it is still showing my box coming from Seattle and has not been shipped...This one is not how to treat customers it's sad this is the only way to let other people know y'all have an issue.
Thank you for reaching out here and we're sorry that as of today, you have not received a response which is very unlike our Customer Support team as our response time is normally within 1-2 business days. We do not recommend reaching out to our CS team through social media. Please contact us directly at support@maniology.com or call our business at 808-746-7332, if you do try to reach us due to a time difference (our business is in Hawaii) please leave us a message so we can contact you back. We appreciate the patience and we're sorry for the inconvenience.

Can I still reuse the nail if i use glue dots and nail glue? would it work if i filed down the glue on thr press-on?
Yes, they are reusable if you remove them correctly and carefully :)

I'm unfortunately allergic to nail glue. It's tabs only or no press ons at all, for me.
Thank you for sharing that! 💖
