I am almost 30 as well and I still remember there was a channel named The Musik which used to be broadcasted in Bangladesh. Pakistan always had one of the best alternative rock bands and arguably the best damn vocals :D I used to shout my vocal cords out when there was Shayad by The Call on the TV. Most probably both Pakistan and Bangladesh had the golden times of rock music during 90s and early 2000s. and then Bollywood and honey sing happened *sigh* !!!!
Junoon and Vital signs were the 90's music. Also their music was soulful and didn't have to do a lot of headbanging :). I was talking more about the early 2000's when the band music scene used to make us bang our heads off
While my younger sisters think of Fawad as a heartthrob actor, I remember him as this headbanging rockstar from EP. Rock on Fawad & EP - wish you will get back together for good.
Fawad is a rock band frontman vocalist and a very well placed actor in here too we all love him and wish he and other artist return back here peace and love to every pakistani bro n sis from india ❤
This was the band we loved and lived in our high school years. Back then, Pakistan bands were rocking the lives of the indie audience. Although EP was only known to a few people like us, I knew this Fawad Khan way before someone else introduced him to me as a TV actor. And then, I made them listen to his band EP and their shocking reaction gave me the last laugh! HAMESHA FOREVER!
I came across a bootlegged mix of EP back in 2004, here in India. Had no idea who they were. Had no idea how it landed in my car. The car has gone since and time has passed. But EP stayed. Every word, every note. I believe, good music transcends all languages, culture, borders, feelings, people and even time. Thank you EP for the junoon, jazbaat and the josh. Hamesha ❤.

Shubham Shrivastava bro read the actual comment again.. The guy is actually ranting on Pakistani artists. He's not saying that its your country's fault in it. Obviously your industry is huge and Yes these artists went their for fame and didn't look back to thier own industries .. No body is denying this fact but look at your response on that.. So much hate! Be calm bro.. and ignore the hate comments from Pakistanis. It was your response which triggered them.. Be Happy Bro.. Stay blessed!
Kudos from India. I am listening EP from time when nobody knew Fawad in India. Never saw a band killing with two drummers. EP, Aaroh, Strings, Qayaas, Junoon, Vital Signs, Irtaash, Call and queen of all the fucking Noori. I still love these bands and will listen these till my last day.
This, Exactly this is what we've yearned for all these years !! This is what has been missing in our music industry for last ten years. We needed these beasts back, We needed EP and Call back !! Thank You Pepsi For Resurrecting Pakistani Rock, Thank You for bringing our youth back. Finally, We won't be obligated to listen to the shitty Bollywood influenced crap anymore !! Thank You !!
I don’t know why Fawad has stopped singing.. Edit: He started his career as a singer.. & everyone fell for his amazing personality & dragged him into drama industry

Following the man since EP songs were becoming downloadable in India. Used to find and download songs from several proxy websites. I've listened to Vital Signs, Call, Aaroh, Noori, Mekaal Hassan, Jal and all the other titans in the Pakistani rock game. However, there is something about EP, that resonates with our generation. Late 2000's to early 2010's. EP will stand the test of time. This is coming from a serious listener in India
Man!!! With teary eyes, I was just lip syncing the whole song after all these years. Still have the cassette and CD versions of the Album... Xulfi u r a wizard, Hasaan, Salman, and I guess that was Ali Khan on bass? N I wish Waqar was there too. O God! Good old boys turned men! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I am around 30 years old ..The only thing which I know is that the moment "Main rahonga" and "Jilawatan" came on the T.V , I just raised the volume up and literally shouted on the kids by saying " THIS WAS OUR ERA , THIS IS WHAT WE LISTENED WHEN WE WERE TEENAGERS .. GO LISTEN YOUR CRAPPY HONEY SINGH AND DESPACITO STUFF" ... I really went emotional
Jahanzeb Khan Niazi agreed my brother. Our times lyrics were so positive and motivational. We are blessed to be raised in the times when bands like EP, Noori, Call, Aaroh, Kaarvan and many others reigned the music scene. I feel sorry for today's kids who got nothing else to listen to but filthy lyrics and commercial music.

bro the situation isnt that bad now either, if we become a little positive we still have a lot of brilliant musicians with incredible writing and musical skills, ive got a huge list to name starting from Saturn, Ehl-e-Rock, Takhreeb corp, We have heavy Metal bands like Multinational corporation, Takatak, Kaan Phaad, Mizraab is playing back again, Aaroh is back, Ep reunited, call going strong, Jal made a come back, Umair Jaswal came back to life, Noori touching the glorious heights by producing Coke studio and producing music for movies, Pepsi brought so much talent, Bands like Kashmir, Badnaam, Roots, Madlock, Xarb, Bayaan, Tamaasha, we are first time seeing the emergence of Indie music in our country, bands like Sikandar ka Mandar, Shajie, Wisdom Salad, Sounds of kolachi, our hip hop scene is taking next level strides with artists like Chen-k, Farish SHafi, yOUNG STUNNERS. our DJ music is becoming famous all our the world with artists like Somewhat super, recently our movies even starting producing brilliant music, like the soundtracks of Teefa in trouble, Allah yar and the legen of Markhor, Motorcycle girl, exceptional music, we have live platforms for emerging talent like Nescaefe, Pepsi BOB, Levis session, wallnut sessions, base rock cafe to name the few. And last but not the least our brilliant Coke Studio. so things arent that bad as we assume them to be, its even much better now if think positively.

bc waited my whole life for this reunion. zulfi and fawad and rest of the bunch. zulfi knows that call can't beat the magic what ep creates. they should leave their egos aside and reunite. they can go global, and easily beat the popularity which junoon held in its days. they can save the rock music which is dwindling in whole world.

What a man! What a voice! I had to listen to this on loop. Addicted! Love from India 🇮🇳❤️❤️❤️🔥
Thanks India for banning Pakistani artists. Really happy to see EP back on stage. Hope to see some real music again in near future from you guys. Love and peace :)
Thanks I dia from my side too
oh shut up all you maggots and enjoy the music.
Murshedul Laskar Don't like it? Then stop moaning and get the fuck outta here. We're here to enjoy this wonderful rock piece.
Sheraz Kamran i never said that bro. but yes there are some things in which we indians are better for ex technological advances, space interests etc.
similarly there are things in which you guys are better especially in writing and singing.
I still love these bands and will listen these till my last day.
bizzarecountry Don't forget Roxen buddy
Amazing
This, Exactly this is what we've yearned for all these years !!
This is what has been missing in our music industry for last ten years. We needed these beasts back, We needed EP and Call back !!
Thank You Pepsi For Resurrecting Pakistani Rock, Thank You for bringing our youth back. Finally,
We won't be obligated to listen to the shitty Bollywood influenced crap anymore !!
Thank You !!
Muhammad Shahbaz Khan You spoke my heart bro
Muhammad Shahbaz Khan best comment, this is what I say to everybody.
True that.

I don’t know why Fawad has stopped singing..
Edit: He started his career as a singer.. & everyone fell for his amazing personality & dragged him into drama industry
but he also left Drama industry it has been 6 years i did not see him in any drama
recalling my school life memories. EP used to be my most fav rock band AND still it is. WELCOME BACK GUYS
In Bangladesh, we have many world class rock band. But that time i was big fan of EP and now feeling good to see them again

Long live Pakistani Rock
Long live ep
Ye soch irtiqa chahti hai......
Fahad Zahoor #same here bro. This performance reminds me my old days. If EP CAN united again. Then Junoon should united again too.
they are united for only one song .
you are not alone dude
Right
Following the man since EP songs were becoming downloadable in India.
Have you listened to Raag Neela by Aaroh, not the Pepsi Battle of Bands version. Kaafi behtar gaana hai woh mere khayaal mein.
Please please
Go for concerts across the world. Believe me you will blow down every nation's rock bands. Come on EP monsters you are on now ❤
Goosebumps. Real Headbangs. Nostalgia. EP k fan HAMESHA, rahaen gaye HAMESHA
Zain Khan Me too .. today's kid don't even know that what was the charm of "Dil Dil Pakistan" when it used to come on STN..PTV
Jahanzeb Khan Niazi "Sab Bhula k" as well.

Guys! Guys!
Hold your hearts these radioactive vocals of fawad can damage your senses to be fan of this fucking heart melting band(EP) did you see xulfi and other bloody older guitarist are still proving that they aren't getting aged throughout their solo performance and vibrancy of guitar chorus! Headbanging fawad was like the cherry on top of this great performance and I am so happy they covered thier song by adding more in to it. Pepsi can we have a new Album with new songs from EP band with fawad as lead and concerts across Pakistan please!!
Also anyone notice the cover Art of Irtiqa Album in the back on screen?

At 2:14, I had tears in my eyes and goosebumps on my arms. So many memories. Thanks for it. I hope you guys do a tour or something together. It's still not too late.
Hy I love this band good to see them again. It's rockkkk
Love from Bangladesh
bc waited my whole life for this reunion. zulfi and fawad and rest of the bunch. zulfi knows that call can't beat the magic what ep creates. they should leave their egos aside and reunite. they can go global, and easily beat the popularity which junoon held in its days. they can save the rock music which is dwindling in whole world.
Shayri, music aur melody me koi mukabla nahi pakistani music ka, I listen 70 % pakistani music in daily life, because jo feel, lyrics, melody pakistani music me hai wo ab indiain music me kho chuka hai
Love u pakistani brother n sister
Allah humare beech ki saari dooriyan khatam kare
Thanks
Fawad you are such an immensely talented and amazing performer. Hats off Xulfi and the rest of band. EP is forever!

Oh so glad to hear EP live again! You guys took me 15 years back with this best hit of the time. Thank you for this beautiful reunion.
They changed it a bit and now it has got even better quality. Simply amazing
Asad Naqvi they removed audience ka shor. Pehle kuch suna nahi de raha tha sab gale phaar phaar je roh rahe thay
That drummer is carrying so much on his plate! Kudos Habibi
Wow they are back with a bang EP rocks and fawad dropping the mic awesome

Yaaaar fawad is there anything you can't doo mathlab kamal ho yaar tum log
Such a versatile actor hell of a singer looks beautiful daamn HE IS SOMETHING
He is basically rockstar. Member of this famous band EP.
Initially a Singer, next stop was acting for him.
This is wholesome on a whole other level! Keep coming back to this to feel uplifted. EP helped me when no one did. I have tears in my eyes right now, I just can't....
Screw shitty Indian movies, Pakistan is a home to some of the most amazing bands out there.
Love from India, always and forever. ❤️
