Its Mysore pak and it originated in my home town Mysore in karnataka. Its origin is supposed to have started in late 1800's when the wodeyar king requested a new dish for dessert and the cook accidentaly mixed syrup with ghee and chickpea flour and continued to add ghee till it turned golden brown. you can visit Indrabhavan in Mysore sayaji rao road to have authentic Mysore Pak.

Safety measures needs to be taken. Fire extinguishers, Sand & training needs to be given when commercial cooking is done. Exit points should be there at multiple points and it should be clear without any obstacles.
