I don't want to rain on your parade, but $1,200 for a screen printed hoodie, is nuts! I also think the sizing for such an expensive item is terrible. I'm about your size, and whilst I can see the body fits fairly well, the sleeves are massively out of proportion being so long. Looks like it's no better quality than an old school Abercrombie or Hollister hoodie. Those hoodies were super thick and awesome quality, and also had the distressed detailing like this one. With Gucci, your straight just paying for the name.

Who the fuck is Tony, it depends, you could get some sliders which are around $200-250 and a headband/ or cardholder, this in total will be under 500 USD or a decent belt for $300+
If most of your hoodies are a large then I would go with a large. You can always have the sleeves taken if they end up being too long. This hoodie has a different kind of fit as you can see in the video since the sleeves are long and the bottom hem is short. If you want the bottom hem to fit longer, then get the large and have the sleeves taken by a tailor.
If you usually wear a medium then go with a medium. I usually wear a medium in normal clothes as well, and this hoodie was the perfect fit for me. It won't shrink as long as you do not put it in the dryer. It is air dry only.
No, I do not think that it is oversized because the bottom hem sits almost above the waist. The sleeves, however fit a little longer than normal. If you want an oversized fit I would recommend sizing up.
