the icy helldiver build looked so fun to play,, like this is a GM, endgame level content and you’re running around there in melee with everything and throwing out abilities like crazy with tons of explosions and freezes and cool effects going on, jumping around like crazy and just always being surrounded by the enemy but always watching them crumble away into dust,,, sounds sick
As much as people will say it’s a “boring” build, Orpheus Nightstalker is so unbelievably powerful just by itself that it doesn’t even matter what weapons you run. Having insane uptime on your super + invis for clutch revives is so potent in GM content that it’ll always be top tier regardless of the rest of the build. My personal go-to is either Osteo or Graviton, with a filler special weapon and Braytech Osprey with Bipod (though I did just roll a Crux with Slideshot so that’s probably getting slotted in place of the Osprey)
Pretty sure that Wingman build is a PvP one. I actually use that build with Boots of the Assembler and a heliocentric with cure + kill clip and it does really good as support.

I just crafted a field prep chain reaction both enhanced. It’s getting buffed again soon too. It’s gonna be meta for ad clear. Maybe paired with lucky pants builds as well
The best and most fun enemy wrecking unkillable build in the entire game is this: Titan with Abeyant Leaps. Rally barricade, shackle nade, aspects are Drengrs Lash and Banner of War. Fragments are Thread of Mind, Thread of Warding, Thread of generation, Thread of Continuity. Weapons are Wilderflight blinding gl (it’s a must have) HeartShadow with catalyst and I use immortal adept with extended barrel, ricochet rounds, three detector, and hatchling, range mw or buzzard adept with overflow kinetic tremors. Armor mods heavy ammo finder on helm, heavy handed on arms, chest piece is very important here because you’ll be up close at all times so you want to have on concussive dampener, mele damage resist, and lucent blade for invis upkeep. For boots recuperation is a must, elemental charge, void or kinetic weapon surge, and for the mark you want to have on reaper, time dilation, and proximity ward is very important for staying alive when you’re in battle. Remind yourself to use heartshadwo to go invis then get into the fight and continue to use blinding gl and heartshadow. With banner of war you’re actually unkillable if you chain everything right.
I find it insane not one build has had a scavenger mod on while running rockets. Just running one guarantees you’ll get 2 rockets minimum for every heavy brick
When making the build I was thinking that everything has been almost done when doing GMS. Void Hunter malfeasance + lucky pants? Done already. Stand Titan with syntho + tractor and 1 2 shotty? Also done. Thorn + necrotic or Stacy + osmiomancy? Again been done. People complaining but not thinking outside of the box. It’s not perfect but it is fun and that’s what you’re playing for.
For anyone trying to use tessellation, I have a tip. (I’m a weirdo who makes builds to MAKE exotics good rather than around a good exotic and force myself to learn how to make it not feel miserable lol) if you’re going for a build like this, and you simply want grenade up time max for Tess and nothing else, in down time preload the nade and sit on it. The animation is long and clunky. If you’re on controller and have special reload bound to double tap, you can’t do it without being fully loaded. And a few other issues that take the fun away. Treat it like a burst weapon. It’s not a great fusion, but put on a strand loader mod. Stick it in your back pocket. Use heavy, primary, and abilities. When it reloads naturally stuff your nade in it and pocket it again. It also has super juiced up demo so as long as you get 3-5 kills you’ll have a full nade charge back. I’ll often throw both my nades out then pull it out and burst a group down and get both back and repeat. It makes it feel so much stronger and using it much more fun if you treat it like a GL or something that you pocket to use situationally then pocket it again
I got a build for you for this current season: song of ice and fire: Stasis warlock, seeker, extra freezy, the exotic arms for the grenades, vex mythos, any primary/special, i prefer the seasonal trace, and anything for heavy (been using the hulabaloo.) Set the artifact mods for the stasis and the solar routes. Get radiant then drop a seeker, then throw other grenade into group of enemy. Do not shatter right off the bat, wait till its done freezing things, then boom them. Throw another turret, repeat if you want. Always go for headshots. Use heavy on a group of freshly frozen enemies for best amount of grenade return, use the trace rifle to help you with killing tally. This will keep the control going, and developing of stasis crustals is literally phenomenal. Make sure to have 3 stasis turrets before ulting, then use the shattering pulse to destroy all that are frozen. Constant damage with burst when targets are frozen by turrets.

Don’t understand where the vulpecula choice came from on that strand warlock build…. lol. There are so many good strand weapons that would kick that build up a notch.
Shoot to loot - i said during stream he can use whatever shoot to loot (EDIT: Handcannon). He even say that in this video. But it dont matter he diddnt use shoot to loot. 0 times. nether did he used special finisher for indebted kindness lol
Man, I put on this Icy Helldiver build tonight and I haven't put it down, yet. This thing is absolutely NUTS in how much fun it is. Try it out in the Duality dungeon sometime; it's good fun.
Bombardiers Lament is such a weird off meta combo. I myself use Renewals and Lament in certain GM's. That 65% Damage Resist and enemies having 50% less inside the nade is just too good. Using a Lead from Gold/Demo Riptide as my primary since a kill with certain special weapons from certain weapon types listed by the dude below grants 20% grenade energy and since I have 2 Heavy Ammo finders on + Stasis Siphon, constant ammo for both Lament and Riptide and constant uptime on Damage reducing Duskfields. And Indebted Kindness with Lead from Gold and Deconstruct. Also helps that Special weapons deal 10% more damage to frozen targets.
By the way its not all special weapons that great 20% energy. Specifically it's only Snipers, Shotguns, Glaives, and Fusion Rifles that do. So a Grenade Launcher and Trace Rifles will still only be 10%.
@@ROFLWAFFLELAWL4 Yeah, should've specified. But still, running those specific weapon types, double Lead from Gold weapons with Lament and double Heavy Ammo Finder works surprisingly well.
Malfeasance+Lucky Pants+Indebted Kindness (w/ Voltshot)+Apex build is literally my most used build in just about any content, if that was Orpheus Rig, L pick. Especially if I need to shred Champions or bosses, only I use it on a Blade Barrage build. Never lets me down, I'm usually top damage to boss in every team just using Malfeseance+Lucky Pants. And the build can take on all 3 Champions: Overload and Barrier from Indebted+Voltshot, and Apex, and Malfeseance for Unstoppable
I submitted this build and I’ve been fine tuning it since then. For now you can probably use a turnabout weapon (overshield when popping shields) & “proximity war” on the class item to give a quick overshield when finishing an enemy.
For the strand explosion using all strand weapons with foetracer and 2 grenade charges would just work better, more damage and better nades with suspend and constant x4 damage on all your weapons
Have to think of it this way. Bungie already has tested and knows what works. So the pieces are out there, it's just up to us to figure out how to combine them. Configure multiple for different activities or encounters. Easily swap between them. It is fun to experiment. Much better than D1 maxing level out at 33 and everyone looking the same with that Crota gear. Come along way folks.
Eyes of tomorrow, Argent ordinance, Phoenix cradle, radiance scorch build, waveframe gl, run this for add clear. We do Phoenix with higher scorch to use the sunspots to help apply scorch, on top of the solar rockets.
The Stasis Bombardiers build surprised me, but it's definitely one where you either play well or you feed your brains out and eat all the rez tokens. There is no in-between.
That stasis hunter lament build I went and made myself. I run it with a Heliocentric sidearm with heal clip/incandescent and the stasis GL with unrelenting/redirection and this build is a workhorse
@@FunDadHubby right, but I mean all activities in the game. In theory the last build you would ever need. Instead of min maxing your various loadouts depending on content, surges, or whats going on in pvp, you know you've at least got your foot in the door; flexible enough to adapt to any encounter. A perfect balance between survivability for GMs, consistency in pvp, and still fun enough to warrant using everywhere else. A good idea? No, the game promotes the exact opposite. But interesting, for me at least, to imagine if possible.
Truly praying bungie doesn’t nerf Orpheus rig again because idk what the hell is causing it but man if you use it right you get your super dam near instantly for just damaging tethered targets let alone you get a kill it goes further. While also loved that stasis lament build I totally forgot you can make your dodge slow enemies then bombadiers bomb will be that last nudge to to freeze them then you can shatter them at will. I will say I don’t know but it looked like you could really use that fragment that gives you a shield for picking up a shard to help with survival.
Have to wonder if the Slammer might work with the uber-aggressive Bobardiers build. Chill clip on that sucker and some other exotic in one of the other slots. But sure, Lament is brutal.
I need advice on Titans. I feel like they're the worst class. All of their super minus 2 requires you run into the fray both the hunters and warlocks have aoe or range. Don't even get me started on pvp. I'm open to different perspectives please give me your thoughts ...
The Icy Helldiver build would arguably be even better with Renewal Grasps. I see what the Bombardiers are doing, but with Renewal you get even more damage reduction and those Duskfields are so damn good with it, works wonders with Lament.
I submitted the build and thought of that also but you don’t get the instant freeze and breathing room after dodging if an enemy is on your heels. The glacier can build a wall to cut off enemy fire focused on you and you can now deal the ones that you may have sectioned off
really hoping tessellation's catalyst gives it subclass verbs, that first build on hunter would've gone sooooo much better if it could self proc unravel or even sever.
Man, if i knew of this. Id pf submitted my Wormgod Swash Glaive Titan build. Glaives do proc Wormgod Caress and with Strand Subclass for three melee charges. Plus Swash x5 with Wormgods proc is ludicrous since you melee kill with Glaive to get the buffs running. I use Traveler’s Chosen for abilities cooldown and Throne Cleaver. True Melee Build with access to suspend for more consistent melee kill chaining

Don’t understand where the vulpecula choice came from on that strand warlock build…. lol. There are so many good strand weapons that would kick that build up a notch.
My thoughts exactly 😅
Kinda surprised there haven't been more support builds honestly. They truly do carry things unsung.
I was using 6th coyote strand, having fun this gm...the reason I follow this series...
That stasis build could be nuts if u found a way to give it more survivability feel like it has a crazy high skill ceiling
Bungie is adding something called "Frost Armour" for stasis in the final shape iirc. Should help it a lot hopefully
I submitted this build and I’ve been fine tuning it since then. For now you can probably use a turnabout weapon (overshield when popping shields) & “proximity war” on the class item to give a quick overshield when finishing an enemy.
Dang, what was the song playing during icy helldiver? Had my head bumpin’
For the strand explosion using all strand weapons with foetracer and 2 grenade charges would just work better, more damage and better nades with suspend and constant x4 damage on all your weapons
The Strand & stasis hunter builds were the only ones with any kind of build synergy. The other 3 were just pick a subclass and pick some weapons.
15:24 has malfeasance and waiting for the unstop mod 😅
Little tip: picking up the mote-looking things in the ghost room re-establish the connection
Eyes of tomorrow, Argent ordinance, Phoenix cradle,
radiance scorch build, waveframe gl, run this for add clear. We do Phoenix with higher scorch to use the sunspots to help apply scorch, on top of the solar rockets.
The Stasis Bombardiers build surprised me, but it's definitely one where you either play well or you feed your brains out and eat all the rez tokens.
There is no in-between.
Honestly u r so good man no one has caught my attention with his expertise like u
That stasis hunter lament build I went and made myself. I run it with a Heliocentric sidearm with heal clip/incandescent and the stasis GL with unrelenting/redirection and this build is a workhorse
Saint 14 helm plus edge of action
Music is just poppin off, star of the show during icy helldiver build
Yoo why does the music go so hard in the second build lol. Straight from an 80's training montage
I love watching this because I am such a casual at 1811 and have never done a raid or dungeon. I dont know what good gear is lol
What is the „build“ on that 3rd Hunter void build? Use tether and Orpheus rig? Malfeasance could be exchanged with any other exotic (hand-)gun.
12:00 isn't this background music the one Slimecicle used for "Jort Storm"? lol
I needed this video. I started playing after a 5 month hiatus and i don’t even know wtf to use 😂
People should only go in that dang cheese spot if they are soloing, if other people are around the enemies will lock on....
The Eyes build wouldve been better with a Strand cannon over Vulpecula. The Strand focused seasonal artifact mods would make it +++ better.
Once they add new ice armor to stasis, that second build could be nutty
I felt that about the cheese spot. If I’m party leader, and we die and it’s one guy in the spot, I just go ahead and kick us back to orbit.
Update: Ran GMs this evening. Team mates that went straight to that spot and didn’t communicate were booted 😂
MY MOMMA TAUGHT ME RIGHT
For that Lament guy use lucent blades insted of reserve you will do even more good . Need players Like you Man absolute G .
You should totally do a rebuttal battle for the
banned!
I'd be interested in seeing a jack of all trades build that can handle all activities in the game.
Well if it can handle a GM, it can handle anything provided we’re just talking PVE.
"group up and play with the squad" lol
13:48 As a stronghold main, what you said hurts. It clutches up in every gm I do.
Heartshadow is better for survivability
@@neverzackdown It sounds really good. To bad i dont have duality
He's absolutely right about cheese spots. More trouble than they are worth if you just don't play like trash.
12:00 He really had Jortstorm playing in the background.
I will say I don’t know but it looked like you could really use that fragment that gives you a shield for picking up a shard to help with survival.
malfeasance with lucky pants SOLOS ALL BUILDS, you can hit 1 mil dmg at the least and its a primary so unlimited ammo
Have to wonder if the Slammer might work with the uber-aggressive Bobardiers build. Chill clip on that sucker and some other exotic in one of the other slots. But sure, Lament is brutal.
You know you can pick up the ghost fragments for extra percentage in the ghost room? At one point you had like 40% progress sitting on the ground
I need advice on Titans. I feel like they're the worst class. All of their super minus 2 requires you run into the fray both the hunters and warlocks have aoe or range. Don't even get me started on pvp. I'm open to different perspectives please give me your thoughts ...
Is that jort storm at 12:03 for the background music
The Icy Helldiver build would arguably be even better with Renewal Grasps. I see what the Bombardiers are doing, but with Renewal you get even more damage reduction and those Duskfields are so damn good with it, works wonders with Lament.
I submitted the build and thought of that also but you don’t get the instant freeze and breathing room after dodging if an enemy is on your heels. The glacier can build a wall to cut off enemy fire focused on you and you can now deal the ones that you may have sectioned off
Bro I did not realize bombardiers actually went that hard with the elemental effects
i suggest for Aztercross to buy french wig and roleplay execution judge when banning people.
That second build was remarkable to me.
Am I the only one who just now realized that the like button lights up when he says the thing
Love the 80s music the ice helldiver build part!
At the end of the season you should put all the winning builds against each other and come out with the ultimate build
Question but could I submit a gambit build
really hoping tessellation's catalyst gives it subclass verbs, that first build on hunter would've gone sooooo much better if it could self proc unravel or even sever.
Probably my favorite destiny series ngl
Man, if i knew of this. Id pf submitted my Wormgod Swash Glaive Titan build.
Glaives do proc Wormgod Caress and with Strand Subclass for three melee charges.
Plus Swash x5 with Wormgods proc is ludicrous since you melee kill with Glaive to get the buffs running.
I use Traveler’s Chosen for abilities cooldown and Throne Cleaver.
True Melee Build with access to suspend for more consistent melee kill chaining
Why is getting maleficence so hard? it look's so much fun to run with
these were certainly the builds of all time
I can't submit a build because of my country limits. Please pleeasee try salvation's grip with osmio warlock it is a BEAST I'm telling ya. You can put indebted and any primary of your choice. Pref somethin with the headstone
What handcannon is that with the void hunter build?
would like to see some of the winners go head to head in a bracket or something
cross trolling with the strand lock build made me LMAO in class🤣
