"Everytime We Touch" is passionate and needy, this song is anguished and emotionally guarded. in my opinion that's something to write home about.

It's a different sentiment as the lyric here is 'everything I touch turns to pieces', it's realism instead of the sickly fantasy of the original and more moving for it but arguably quite gloomy. Technically it's very well produced, the 'double time' bass on the chorus makes it complete. Very Blue opening piano which kind of fits the Cascada period, nice use of delays. First Ponte song I've listened to in years and it's impressive.
For me, I find the singer lacks depth, she just seems to be singing the words without much emotion behind them. I find that with a lot of covers of old songs these days. I like the beat and energy to the track though.
