One thing to add. Another small company wanted a lt of info to use the features and for firmware updates. I use a Samsung Galaxy phone and the built-in equaliser handles that. SoundPeats are not to bad, but prefer to use software on my Samsung and keep it clean with less third party apps. My RunFree and Lite version trounce the Shokz for sound quality. I like the standard USB-C charging port.
Yeah I tend to do firmware updates etc on a spare tablet, limit data leakage as much as possible. I agree better to keep only essential apps on devices you do your banking on etc.
Very nice review thank you. So better to get the Gofree or Runfree? Gofree is better for weights? Soundpeats release so many models. Its very confusing without comparison like this
Thanks! GoFree and RunFree are both fine for gym work but if you're doing floor or bench work and maybe weighted squats with the bag as well, then the band will push forward a little while you're doing the exercise. This irritated me enough to not want to use them for this. RunFree and GoFree are more comfortable and feel more premium - I think they're worth the extra money. Also - I agree, they can be confusing with so many models. Glad this helps!
Wow, killer comparison 😆 I bought the Oneodio openrock pro after watching your review and they were great, but I'm doing more crossfit type exercise now and figured I need something with a thinner earhook. I was going to get the 1more s50 but maybe I'll try the Gofree first and see if they wear ok. I don't need to make calls with them so do you think they will be a good option? Thanks again for a really useful comparison, soundpeats release so many models these comparisons are gold, so useful
Yeah it's a good option if you're just getting into this kind of profile earbud. The fit is different to OpenRock Pro and more like the Open S50 so you could try these first and see if you like it. Thanks for the support! 🙏
The newer SOUNDPEATS- go free 2, run free and air 4 pro- all seem to connect better to the app than older models (even others that were released in 2023). Im happy with the go free 2, they’re not perfect but for 1/3 of the price of higher end open ear they do a good enough job
I agree, everything is a bit snappier with those models, it's definitely noticeable. I like the GoFree2 as well, been using them even more since the review and very happy with them
I don't know why this review is not a trend but brother you did an amazing job, thank you for your hard work and in depth review
Thanks bro, I reviewed these products a little bit late unfortunately 😩 so I missed the algorithm. Glad you enjoyed it! ❤️
Extraordinary well made review!
Thank you! 🙏
