Anywho can't wait to see what this new 00 project will be.
I think his after life would be somehow connected to Veda, because lockon said multiple times that setsuna has to become the thing that lockon wasn't able to become which is think suggests that lo kon is already halfway connected to Veda or something. it's just my take on it I'm probably wrong though

i think that setsuna manage to talk to neil cuz because him being an innovator. he maybe went to the place where he died and used the quantum burst to find him. he managed to see lichty and chris when he was in a coma. setsuna maybe knows how to give people back to life. he could have contacted the els to give graham a new body and probably thought that he could also do that to neil
nah.. Graham isnt fully assimilated, he's still human mostly.. but there are ELS bits on him.. remember what happened to the immortal Colasour in S1? he survived Exia, maybe Graham's cockpit survived the blast (since AEU and the Union have same MS but different on the outside aesthetics and with great pilot safety), thus allowing the ELS to merge with him while he's still alive. I guess Graham understood the ELS when the ELS touched him, and allowed the ELS to do whatever they wanted to him for he now knows what their intentions are... For the ELS have no "Individuality" of some sorts (they're like a hive mind) and their means of inter-species communications is through touch/Assimilation or quantum brainwaves mindf*ck and since Graham is just an ordinary human with very very little Quantum Brainwave activity he did not understand what the ELS wants before the ELS touched him... (amazing how he survived the Mindf*ck of the ELS on that first contact... but he is Graham, that's no surprise)
Considering how Innovators are practically Newtypes from the UC continuity, him being able to talk to Lockon's spirit isn't outside the realm of possibility, what happens next, though, who knows?

Would make sense as 00 wasn't part of the Dark History. The whole plot of Gundam and Understanding without miscommunication, and to spread that to other series where there's misfortune. Well for starters, Gundam 00 does predate both of the above (not to mention Gundam series as a whole), so if we are gonna talk about inspiration, it should be 00 inspires Interstellar and Endgame/Infinity War plot, not the other way around. Also, about the whole cross-universe plot, we do have Turn A Gundam which is said to be the unity of all Gundam timelines and Gundam Build Divers which kinda brings in characters and Gundams from all existing series.

i think you may have got it wrong. if your thinking of the one that killed Ali that's Neil, if your thinking of the one that sniped Ali out of the 'air' in OPEN SPACE OUTSIDE AN MS that's Lyle.
honestly, the debate is isn't all that great as Neil's character while having interesting threads of its own is primarily centered around picking up were Lyle left off personified in him getting Lyle's new gundam. I would have loved to see what Lyle's gen-5 gundam would have been but Neil does come into his own with that final fight with Ali
