I need a brown service boot. It’s either these Beckman’s or Parkhurst stitchdown (618 last). The Beckman’s have such a classic look. One thing I don’t love about them is how there’s a cut into the leather soles to accommodate the Gro-Cord soles. The more leather the better IMO. Parkhurst looks almost Viberg quality, Welted Ware seems to think so, and they might accomodate my EE width better. But the looks of the Beckman’s? So great!
I don’t have any problems with my OG Beckmans with the same outsole without the Gro-Cord. They are sturdy and still good. Anyway, you can try the Grant Stone and I have one pair and they are really good and classic-looking also.
@@jovienarciseph I’m Dutch, 26 years old but I don’t have Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc. I only have RUclips where I watch things on. I deleted them all a few years back, because I wanted less distraction in life and minimise my time wasting with scrolling and such. 😅
It was hot and humid when I was there but after a week the heat had become milder and cooler. Osaka is nice and more relaxing to go to places than Tokyo.
More relaxing to commute as compared to Tokyo. It was hot and humid when I was there but after a week, the temperature went lower and colder. You will enjoy there.

The 618 is firmly in the dress boot category due to its pointed toe. This boot would be more comparable to the 602M.
I got this one as well, same colour, but my shoe bags were brown/olive in colour
