What are end products?
My guess is, there is some kind of cooper granulate and glass / epoxy mix powder?

The compoents are required to be dismantled first waiting for further processing, such as extracting precious metals. While the clean motherboards will be processed by shredding, crushing, grinding, electrostatic separation to get metal and nonmetals, especialy the copper and resin/epoxy mix powder
