Pickens has to realize, next time it might be his TD pass intercepted because the other WR gave up on the play... in the end, you win as a team and you lose as a team. Pickens has potential but needs his head right.

I swear none of yall even watched the game live and are listening to these bonehead commentators who didnt either. Pickens ran the wrong route. It had nothing to do with his attitude, it was a mental error. He had just gotten the ball for a bomb just a couple plays before, and he blows off his route bc he's angry he wasn't getting the ball??? They talked about it live right after the int happened and showed Pickens on the sideline, going over the play with coaches on a tablet, showing him he ran the wrong route. That didn't look like a player who was throwing a fit bc he's not getting the ball, it looked like any other WR going over a play that he made a mistake on still engaged. Even Key saying it would've been a TD if Pickens ran his route is incorrect. They showed an angle from the back of the endzone and Russ made a bad throw. The ball was too far outside of Muth for him to catch it. It may have not been an int had Pickens ran the correct route and pulled the safety over, but it definitely wouldnt have been a TD bc of an inaccurate pass. Muth even started to let up bc he saw the ball was uncatchable right before the ball was intercepted.

@donovanjohnson4279 Paul displayed a graphic that showed the records of the Bills and Ravens, led by Allen and Lamar, against the Chiefs. He proceeded to elaborate on Allen's performance in particular by saying, "That includes the playoffs." That is a clear attempt by an intellectually dishonest man to present Allen's 4-4 record against the Chiefs as if Allen had even a single victory over the Chiefs in the post-season. That's a lie. The foundation of the argument is fractured by the fact that neither Josh nor Lamar have ever beaten Mahomes when it matters. So, that is why he chose to lie. @RobertBallz but after they traded AB to the Raiders, the steelers are still having a winning record... George needs to know how to affect the game when he's not getting the ball... Each play is a chess move to set up for future plays... T.O., Key & TJ are correct. He needs to run routes hard even when he knows he's not getting the ball.. AB was insanely talented but they did just fine once he was gone. The same will be when they get rid of Pickens... And like TJ said, give him the ball early in the game so he's locked in. If you know he has an attitude problem, let him cook in the 1st qt. And when he becomes a decoy, they can have success

If the Ravens had Mahomes at QB last season with that loaded team on both sides they would have won the Super Bowl. The Ravens' weak link when they face the Chiefs will forever be at Quarterback since all Lamar has on Mahomes is SPEED which is not the prerequisite to play the position since Mahomes has him crushed in talent with everything else. Mahomes is 15-3 in the playoffs Lamar is 2-4 in the playoffs and 1-5 against Mahomes. Some folks get goofy with the Lamar talk when the Ravens beat up on other teams completely forgetting its another story when they have to face that ALIEN guy in KC who wins Super Bowls playing on one Leg but we digress.

You know it's bad when TO is calling you out. He rarely calls out his fellow receivers.
Pickens has been playing like this since he got into the league. Heck, he was playing like this at Georgia. That's why his stock fell. He's immature and not a hard worker in regards to the details of the position. The Steelers should have jettisoned him when he didn't block for Warren in Indianapolis. Not only that, but when he does stuff like this, it kills the entire momentum of the team. The Steelers were about to score. Pickens loafs on the route. The safety knows this and didn't even move. Russell had the expectation of the safety cheating over to Pickens. That's why Russell threw the ball the way he did.
Pickens left his quarterback out to dry yet again. He needs to go.
