Italy photos are gorgeous ! Yes, here in Oregon ( and WA ) .we have wonderful Fiber festivals .... this weekend is the 50th Anniversary of the Black Sheep Gathering !
The fiber festival is probably fabulous and we are planning to go to the Flock festival next year in Seattle. 😀🧶🍷
Uplifting, as usual! It is lovely watching all of you sharing your FO’s, WIP’s, dreaming knitting and laughing and having fun all the while. Great sweater choices! I love knitting sweaters and the knitters in one of my knitting groups are all passionate sweater knitters, as well! Thanks for sharing!

Claudia, one of the shop girls at my LYS used her color changing yarn to make buttons for her Pressed Flowers Cardigan. They looked spectacular. The shop is String Theory in Glen Ellyn, IL. I am not sure if her project is posted on Ravelry. If you are interested, I can get you more information.

I have never watched your videos before but you showed up on my homepage. When I saw the wine you poured I had to laugh, I’ve been to that winery a few times. I live in Washington and I work at a winery on Red Mountain. If you end up going to Flock Fiber in Seattle, stop by Upchurch Vineyard in Benton City. We’ll take good care of you. Oh my gosh, thank you so. You are so lucky to work on red mountain. I love their wine. I will have to keep Upchurch vineyard in mind for my next visit. Maybe we will try Flock Fiber Festival next year.

I loved Rhinebeck as well. I have knit a hat with 1 skein of yarn. lol. My sister is from Washington state. Wenatchee area. we did Rhinebeck together. i love all the projects. love Claudia no fear of color projects. they are gorgeous!

I'm just pausing to say that I've wanted to try Malabrigo Susarro for a while now. When I placed an order lately from Wool Warehouse, I noticed that they have it at 35% off, so I have some on the way. The sale is still on, and I get the impression that they're going to discontinue carrying it

Fiberoptics has good tips on washing wools using 2tbsps white vinegar to a gallon of water. The PH level in your water (can vary by municipality) affects how the dye bleeds in the water.

Another lovely podcast! I always enjoy seeing what you ladies are making. Claudia, I love your Anker Tee. I have the yarn to make that one. Maybe it should be my next knit. And, Tammi, your Orbit is spectacular!!! I added that pattern to my list. I would love to go to Rhinebeck, but that is far for me in northern CA. I would recommend Flock, however. It's in Seattle at the beginning of August. I went last year, but this year looks to be even better. I will miss it, however, as I'm off on a big cruise this year. Janet, it looks like you had a fabulous trip to Italy! Happy knitting!!

Beautiful photos of Italy, Janet! I'm glad that all apparently went well and that you had an enjoyable time. 😊 Well...at the risk of being repetitious, yet another great episode full of lovely projects and inspiration! Jeeze, I wish that I could wear Linen Quill against my skin, because it is a nice yarn. I made a Tresoro with it and ended up frogging it and making a Hitofude Cardigan with the yarn. It just feels like a million biting ants against my skin, even after several washings! I have another sweater quantity of it that I'm currently knitting up into Joji Locatteli's Resolute Wrap. Anyhow, It's always a treat to see that a Wool & WIne episode has posted. Thank you! ❤
Glad you liked the photos and we had a great time. Oh my goodness, it would be no fun to have biting ants next to your ski . At least a cardigan and a wrap is not right on your skin. We’ve had no trouble with it so far next to our skin. Happy knitting! 🧶🍷

Great video as always! Tammi, do you know about Hollywood Fashion Secrets tape? It would probably work great to keep your sweater positioned on top of your bra strap. I use it for that kind of thing and really like it.
