Do a poor man's siphon. Put hose in gas tank. Cover the other end of the hose with your thumb. Quickly pull up on the end that's in the tank, make sure not to pull it out of the fuel. Quickly take your thumb off the other end and push the end in the tank back to the bottom. Quickly put your thumb back on the end of the hose. Repeat until the fuel in the hose rises a few inches above the top of the tank. It takes some finesse, but it works.
I have a better video on my channel using a 12 V gasoline pump that I bought on eBay brand new for nine dollars. I now pull all the gas out of my lawnmower, gas tanks and my motorcycle gas tanks for the winter so I don’t have problems in the Spring.
