Imargency me Agar gear oil nahi hai hmare pas to hydrolic oil me kuch quantity ka Ep2 gress mila ke viscosity badhaya ja skta hai jisse friction loss kam kiya ja skta hai but iska bar bar ase hi use kre to gearbox me kon kon se problem aa skta hai

220,320aur 460 ye teen main grades hai oil k jinhe industries me use Kiya jata hai
1" rotodel gear pump full night 2kg ke pressure pe chala aur morning me sudden pressure up and down hone laga Aisa kyun hua plz explain kar ke bataye aur aur maintenance ke liye kya karna hoga

If More viscous liquid gear oil is used in hydraulic systems it will resist the flow , excessive loads on pump , jamming & chocking of hydraulic components like valves ,pump etc

1) Jamming and choking problems in valves
2) pump will not work properly
3) high current and motor tripping problem
Viscosity of these two oils are different it is not suitable for hydraulic power pack
