      Brian is a shill. He's too good at the pretend stupidity, far too eloquent, far too up to speed with whatever the latest leaver meme of the moment is. He almost never makes a mistake, he never, ever, reacts to the proof that he is wrong, just moves very quickly onto the next brexiter bollox.
      He is the personification which most brexiters think is genius, because he never, ever, concedes anything, just keeps moving, like a Ukipper.
      Listen to the Jane Mummery interviews with O'Brien, she does much the same, but is not close to Brian's eloquence - that should be proof enough.

      @@janbanan5933 Sweden has had multiple times more dead than any other Nordic country (14k vs 2,5k against the second worst, that being Denmark. Finland and Norway have both under 1k and Iceland has ~30) and has not managed to get any better economic results from that sacrifice of human life. Whether the metric is protection of the citizen or the profit of the economy, it hasn't provided results.

      @@miskakopperoinen8408 There is no thing you can call "Swedish model". And there are reasons and also mistakes made by the authorities which have worsen the sitution. But a lock down will have economical and other pyscosocial impacts on the society as whole. We will see all the answers in the end. Anyway, i'm glad, not to have been forced to a lock down.

    • @miskakopperoinen8408
      @miskakopperoinen8408 3 года назад +3

      @@janbanan5933 Call it model, doctrine or a pattern of preference across multiple separate decisions. The fact stands Sweden has made significantly dissimilar choices to any other Nordic country. You are happy to not have been made to sat out a few weeks of idle time. I'm happy that thousands upon thousands of people have avoided life-long medical conditions and injuries or worse yet, horrifying death by suffocation and trying to cough out their lungs. Perhaps these are equivalent threats in some interpretations, but I genuinely think that a human life has inherent value so high that lockdowns are a trivial price to pay in exchange.

      This is an Abbot trick, he uses these questions to validate the callers. The shills usually stumble fairly early on, and he knows whom he's dealing with. The only one who doesn't is Brian, but he is such an obvious shill, not a problem.
