"10 Trillion In Debt" - China Suffers Steepest Decline In 9 Years As Economy Enters SLOW DOWN CYCLE!

  • Опубликовано: 29 авг 2024
  • Chinese economy slowed to 4.7% growth in the second quarter, missing forecasts and down from the first quarter's 5.3%. This slowdown is due to weak consumer demand, a property downturn, job insecurity, and declining global demand for exports. The government is under pressure to support the economy amid these challenges.

It's worse here, our economy is like a flailing fish, fighting for its life. The normal state of the U.S. economy is actually very bad. Because of this it goes into convulsive spasms fighting to grow any way it can out of desperation. Tricks, gimmicks, rule changes try to stimulate the economy and prevent it from falling but they only bring temporary relief to people since, when you factor in inflation we are declining.

People believe their currency has the worth it does because they have no other option. Even in a hyper inflationary environment, individuals must continue to use their hyper-inflationary currency since they likely have minimal access to other currencies or gold/silver coins.

@@MaryLawson874 Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. In light of the ongoing global economic crisis, it is crucial for everyone to prioritize investing in diverse sources of income that are not reliant on the government. This includes exploring opportunities in stocks, gold, silver, and digital currencies. Despite the challenging economic situation, it remains a favorable time to consider these investments.

The pathway to substantial returns doesn't solely rely on stocks with significant movements. Instead, it revolves around effectively managing risk relative to reward. By appropriately sizing your positions and capitalizing on your advantage repeatedly, you can progressively work towards achieving your financial goals. This principle applies across various investment approaches, whether it be long-term investing or day trading.

I remember a few summers ago, after a tough divorce, when I needed a boost for my struggling business. Trump did absolutely nothing special with bringing jobs back and it is sad that they are implying he did. I read a good article that excluded the pandemic for Trump and the great recession for Obama. Obama outperformed Trump. This doesn’t mean I want Obama back but let’s stick to facts. We have yet to have a president that sincerely wants to bring jobs back.

I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Fred Stephen.

one needs to know some things about Chinese GDP: it does not include employee health care and other thinks deemed necessary for prduction. In order words, Chinese GDP measures actual production, not financial services. Meaning, it's far higher than the numbers suggest. Now the policy is to get rid of real estate driven growth pivoting to high-tech driven growth. China has an accounting problem: state-owned banks own debt of state-owned conglomerates and local governments. Not worried at all, about this Chinese "debt", it's just two sides of the People's Bank of China balance sheet.

That’s ridiculous. China has been doing everything it can including exporting fake propoganda and utilizing influencers and social media troll farms to try to invite foreign investment. Zero Covid policy was 4 years ago-and that was not in their plans. The difference between the United States and China economically is one major thing. The US actually develops new technologies and finds ways to ride new economic surges. China hasn’t invented anything of value in a long time-all they do is make cheap copies of other countries developments. Their economy was largely based on a Ponzi scheme real estate market where most of it’s citizens are very underwater in projects that haven’t started development, or in projects where the development is of such poor quality that it’s falling apart. Prices for real estate in China have fallen so much that the citizens themselves don’t trust in it anymore-and foreign investment has been rushing out of China since their restrictive economic Covid policies. One thing you can be sure of-the numbers that China releases are fake and things are far worse than they claim.
