Do you mean Inscribed Stone Energy? If so, get Resonance stat in Inscribed Stone page.

@@FrozzMMO hey I'm having trouble getting hit capped and I'm having to gem hit. Do you have any suggestions. My gear score is 98 and I've had to gem hit just to get to 265 hit. You play in NA-1? Or do you have somewhere I can pick your brain?

@@arosario80 I have 2 of my equipments having Hit as primary stat which is +157 each. You can only get Hit stat on Accessories, Gauntlet, and Leather Gauntlet. And I'm in Asia-1 hahaha

Have you rotate your skills well? Inlay gems and Empowering runes will gives you additional damage which increase your DPS.
