I missed the 2012 2013 boat I SOOOO wanted to buy a house in Elk Grove Ca I KNEW the prices were stupid low coming from San Diego Had no knowledge of RE so i finished school after Military Retirement. Now graduating but Market is Nuts Same houses i wanted then are DOUBLE PRICE 500-600k Sucks cause i knew it and didnt act Oh well been saving and 2021 is hopefully year to buy 2nd home or duplex etc ✌️
Lol, Brandon you ask about why Rich Dad Poor dad is considered a real estate book all the time. Robert writes multiple things in the book that point to how real estate was his escape. How he bought a condo on a beach, how Ray Kroc said "my business is real estate" and how his rich dad owned real estate.
What I did was cashed out, refinanced enough equity in our primary home to put a down payment on the first rental we purchased, 23,000.00. It was scary but well worth the 23,000.00!
You said you may homeschool. Look onto Connection Academy and K12. They are good seasoned public online schools. My children go to Connection Academy. Public school with a private school feel. And its free and you don't have to create lessons/teach etc. You are the parent/coach Love it with this business flow and travel.

You purchase the home. Let a title company or attorney handle that to make sure there are no missteps.

@Rubedo Alaberti yes 1 seller finance. I just wish she gave more info on the loan side of things and how she made income after she lost her job.
She said specifically that's when she had to do subject to and then seller financing. The issue isn't them not explaining it's you paying attention.
