Blowing into the MAF element introducing moisture from your saliva, that is not good.
Use MAF cleaner to clean it just spray into it. let it dry for about half hour before install back.

You are saying its Mas Air Flow sensor, then it should be MAF, not MFA.

i wont recommed doing it that way,
that spray is not an fast drying liquid that could dry instantly from a blow, looking at how much you sprayed the part...
and uou evem installed it early,
might use the MAF cleaner aerosol if you want to be quick
