i think it is highly suspected TB.. the classic symptoms of TB toxemia is night sweat night fever loss of weight loss of appetite however it is highly not specific but it may increase the possibilty of catching TB infection especially with markedly increase the acute phase reactant markers as ESR and CRP also we learn that the most common cause for pericardial effusion is TB
