Btw I want to see someone ask joseph at these conventions where the audition footage of him for klaus is cause I want to see it cause it was two scenes that never made it to the script, they were fake scenes to prevent spoilers getting out but they sounded very interesting to where I wished were real. And tbh I want to see his audition for tom riddle as well that would also be a rare gem.

What is the metric of a good villain, like the amount of kills they have, how strong they are, what exactly? When I use the term I refer to how evil they are and how many good people they killed and hurt. I think paul is being overharsh at the travellers and villains post klaus but I think he is doing it out of humor too. Imo the travellers storyline wasnt an epic fail, it just was a bit messy, the lore was a bit convoluted to the point it felt like homework trying to keep up with the rules, they werent that developed enough as characters, they just felt like rushed background characters and lastly they felt like a series finale villain more than season in the fact their endgame spelled the end of all magical creatures(except them), it was a mini apocalypse and there were examples where certain characters should have been done for good and no coming back from their spell but didnt so that also harmed the story imo. And I didnt mind markos character but they never to my memory explained what made him leader of travellers, as far as I knew they were all the same in power having to depend on same source of power. Not every villain group needs a leader. As for other villains sucking post klaus departure they didnt mention: shane-I dont exactly count him as a villain, he was doing bad things for good reasons the five-They werent exactly pure evil or pure good, I dont know if I count them. Qetsiyah-She is neutral to me like the five. dr maxfield-Alright but they never really got into why he wanted vamps exterminated or how he planned to take out the originals with his augustine vamps. Again he could be seen as neutral. tripp fell-Just another generic boring mystic falls vampire hunter heretics-Cool but could have been so much more julian-alright but underutilized rayna-cool again her methods were neutral at best the armory people-Again cool idea that could have been better the siren sisters-They were alright cade-He was alright as well Yeah so I disagree they all sucked after klaus shown up.

For example the episode where they were playing truth or dare and she wanted to know whether elena kissed stefan so instead of asking her privately she tried to embarrass her in front of both of the salvatores. There are so many examples of her acting like that throughout the show but I don't have the time to name them. Secondly, I am not pressed .
