OMG, I so want a smoothie right now! Tropical Island Detox is my favorite. That last one you did looks awesome, too!
Great presentation. Great family business that young adults will appreciate the fact they start working and learning how to be an independent business owner.
Just got a job at Tropical Smoothie Cafe and this video helped a lot! Thanks guys!
What kind of questions do they ask? I have an interview on Wednesday

I had to screenshot pomegranate plunge recipe lol I love this guy 💕
I own a smoothie shop myself here in Jamaica but honestly I don't really have alot of recipes 😥 but I really enjoyed watching Tropical Smoothie Cafe's videos and I looooove the setting up of his kitchen everything's in place and in order wow!!!! Watching this video has given me so much ideas
Kudos to the haters.....😂
Do you think they are using fresh fruits or not. I also own a smoothie shop and I’m just figuring out if they using frozen fruits to blend or fresh one ..
@@shiladityagida I really don't think its frozen fruits they use cause they wouldn't need to use so much ice when blending the smoothies.
Unless he freezes them at nights and they slowly thaw during the day.
He is super nice. Thanks for sharing this video. The Sunrise Sunset is my favorite smoothie.
Excellent video on mixing the smoothies-I have the same VM "Quiet One" mixer at home!LOVE USING IT!!!Would love to see these recipes in a book so folks can make them at home, too! In my area there are NO smoothie places.

i have an interview for this place tmr! very nervous
Me too 😭
First of all how was the interview ! And have question about fruits .. are they using fresh fruits or frozen ?
I just tried to make an avocolada with my new Vitamix and failed miserably. My avocados weren't ripe and it ruined the flavor. I used Chaokoh coconut milk which is great in my curry, but much too strong for this. I used fresh pineapple and it wasn't quite ripe enough. I am GOING to drink all 64 ounces because I'm too cheap to let it go to waste but I'm sad because I went through a lot of trouble shopping, chopping, and prepping but my smoothie doesn't taste like Tropical Smoothie. :-(
deannej21 I have tried at home before also. It's pretty hard making it taste like Trop Smoothie with out their measurements. I just stick to going there. But the experience was great. thanks for watching. Subscribe and enjoy our other videos!!👌🏾
deannej21 they don’t use coconut milk as a base they use this coconut concentrated syrup instead and water as a base
I used to work at a smoothie shop about almost 2 years ago. Our place didn't use no ice and no sugars like those. It was just frozen fruit, honey or agave as sweetener, and the liquid base. I loved it because it was a dense rich smoothie that was not diluted with ice, and that you could order one of our smoothies or make your own. I had this customer that ordered a smoothie similar to the Avocolada. Which was if I remember correctly (because she ordered it a lot) was 1 to 1/2 c of coconut milk, 3/4c of pineapple, 3/4c of mango, about a tbsp of agave (or honey), some coco flakes, and only 1/2 of the avo (a little goes a long way with avo). Add some spinach or kale and some lime. If it's too thick, you can just adjust the milk (and sweeten after if needed to your liking).
Plus we also had bee pollen, gogi berries, whey protein, pre protein, pb2, and more of added nutrition.
What’s a scoop in measuring cups
I have a interview later today. Hopefully this tropical has a good environment like this one.
did you get the job
Thanks helped a lot
Lisa nelson Great. Thanks for watching.
Looks great to me now I need to go to Jamba Juice 🥤 to get a smoothie 😀
Hi. I have a few questions. Could you tell me how much water is in one pump? What about a pump of yogurt?
What is the “power 2” protein that goes in the bahama mama, kiwi quencher and chocolate chiller?
White chocolate
How to make the kiwi quencher?
What make blenders are used?
He named the name of the sugar they use in the beginning u might have to goggle it to see where can u purchase it from
What is the white powder that you put in each smoothie first?
ANGELA HOLLOWAY-PAYNE Hello thanks for watching and subscribing. That is the sweetener. It is called turbinado. It’s a form of brown sugar.
@@DrakeFamilyTV hey I have a question .. are those fresh fruits or frozen !
I want to franchise one of these
Did you meant, Washington DC?
The second girl moving slow asf
Cool
I keep trying to make out the 1st ingredient, is that sugar?
Jahdesta Muzik yes
@@hxrry-5172 are they using fresh fruits or frozen ?
What protein brand do they use? I always get my smoothie without turbinado but it’s still too sweet. I believe the protein is loaded with sugar as well but I cannot find any info on it
They use TNT supplement dynamite when protein. I work here so I just looked at the box lmao
Thanks I was able to find some info on the whey. The pea protein doesn’t have any nutritional info at all on the site which sucks because I like the flavor of the pea protein compared to the whey.
IMONA yeah there is. I don’t know how much. Don’t work there anymore
@@adrianb8446 hey man do we need to use fresh fruits to blend or are they frozen one !
@@shiladityagida fresh fruit
are the fruits fresh or frozen?
I wander the same …
