+Soul Crusher Honestly, it really surprised me. By all accounts, it should've not worked, but Disney decided to put effort into the film, and because of that, it was able to rise above a lot of the other live-action schlock that Disney put out in the 90's.
I watched The Parent Trap hundreds of times as a kid until I memorized it to the point of it being embedded deep into my subconscious to a degree where random sounds and things trigger the memory of a line or a scene or a moment and I still love this movie soooo much!!!!❤️
My 11 year-old daughter just discovered this movie. She now watches it every day, just like her sister did when she was 11 (sh'e 22 now!) I must have seen this movie over 100 times and still enjoy it.
+David Craigover I was 6 when this movie came out. Fell in love with it then, and watched it ALL the time up until I was about 11! I'm 24 now and still love to watch it occasionally :)
I want your playlist 88 baby and same upbeat happy music 😊❤ feeling happy. someone posted this and I had forgotten it existed. I have happy memories having dance parties with my mom to songs like this 😊 her picking me up to this
This song will forever be etched in my heart and soul. There is something very magical about this song. Also I also never knew Natasha Richardson passed away. May he beautiful soul Rest in Peace. Thank you for bringing life to my childhood.
Just recently rewatched The Parent Trap on Blu-ray/DVD after a decade or so, haven’t seen it since I was a kid. That one scene where this song comes on and their at the wedding designer place will always be so timeless to me.. a vibe of vibes.. a little emotional too, but in a good way. Natasha Richardson had such a classic, natural beauty about herself.. it was just too good.
Why the FUCK isn’t this on iTunes. I stg iTunes never has the songs we truly need. Like come tf on. I need to cruise down the road blaring this, while quoting this movie, and thriving off my childhood nostalgia high. (And maybe crying a little) 😂💛
I always LOVED this scene. It's just peak feel good 90s with a great song. I also really love that scene where "There She Goes" plays. I always thought the cinematography went perfectly with the song.
Summer '98 I was 7 going into Second Grade and saw this at the Cinema. When I hear this I think of Furbies, jellies, jelly belts, bubble furniture, butterfly clips, flannel, doc martens..... the memories live on..... but so far 💔
You're a year older than me. I was 6 and going into first grade when this movie came out. It's one of the first movies I remember totally loving and becoming obsessed with!
BrennaG03 don’t forget pogs, vh1 pop up video, overalls, Lisa frank, spice world, hello kitty, blow up chairs, slap bracelets, zoog Disney, and my loves from boy meets world 🙌🙌✌️👍👏😀
This song makes me very emotional. I've never met my mom (she died one year after I was born) so this scene is especially powerful and gets to me at all times. Sorry for my broken English lol
Natasha Richardson I'll never let you go out of my heart, you were such an amazing person and actress and you left us way too soon but obviously someone else had other plans for you. Rest in paradise 🙏🏻❤️
I really like this movie =) and Its really sad that Natasha Richardson passed away, cause she was very good actress and so beautiful and she has so great family. May her rest in peace.

Discovered this song is played over the tune “Sunchyme” - best rendition! But you can find Sunchyme remixes on iTunes
Yesss !
It's actually the tune of Life In A Northern Town by The Dream Academy from 1985, but Dario G did use the same sample on Sunchyme in 1997
Listening in 2020 .....Super awesome track
