Are you taking into consideration how much fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, sodium and preservative your consuming when trying to achieve 160 grams of protein by eating all that prepackaged product. You might want to consider buying fresh meat the same day you’re planning to prepare it.
Always appreciate what you cover. I get it about avoiding plastic- with that saur kraut I get it home and throw it in old glass pickle jars. 🫙 swear everything tastes better out of glass!
