I personally always assumed that Drake’s Deception was a double meaning both referring to Nate not actually being related to Drake, and Sir Francis Drake lying to the queen about what he found

Tars, I know this video is a month old, but I just looked up the meaning of Uncharted 3’s
Name and found this (although it’s on Reddit so who knows how accurate it actually is)
Just as with “Drake’s Fortune,” the Drake in “Drake’s Deception” refers to Sir Francis Drake. The deception involved his travels, and was explained throughout the game.
