The X even series look really good. But for it's only up to X4. Because X5 has that (optional) 3rd row, and the even series for this class means no way 3rd row. I guess people with money can't have it enough with X4.

Why are these car companies doing forward for reverse and back for drive? To me it’s counter intuitive for the mode the car will move? Reverse moves the car back and drive moves the car forward yet the shifters are opposite?

To me this is a sports car not really a SUV. It has no qualities of a SUV other than it sits higher than a car. It’s big on the outside but literally has less space than my Honda CRV in the interior. I wouldn’t even call a BMW a luxury vehicle, it’s more of a sporty vehicle. You need about $130K after taxes and with few options to buy this vehicle. It’s extremely fun to drive but the look of it is just decent to me. If anyone plans on keeping this vehicle on the roads for 10 years or 100K miles, you better have at least another $100K to maintain it and fix everything that will continuously go wrong with it. And whenever you want to sell it, after 10 years, you will be lucky to get $10K for it. Having said all this, my wife just ordered a 2024 X6 Xdrive 40i, obviously against my will.

Fuel tank the same as base X6? Do you have to go to gas stations twice as often?
Drink 20% more fuel than the B58 if you commute to work in downtown I believe?
The only thing i dont like is that electronics control your heat and air. If ur electronics go down no heat no air. 👎
