why do you rinse the seasoning off?
The seasonings have penetrated deeply into the beef as it was marinated for 7 days. The rest was extra salt which would've made the bacon inedible

Looks like the same way you make bacon out of pork. Here is the problem - Where is the beef belly? Most butcher shops don't have them. I heard you can use beef rib shorts, but I know they are more expensive per pound.
I've seen videos where beef bacon is made from other cuts.. like brisket.
@@danielleza908 I bought the beef rib shorts some months back and still haven't made the bacon. Maybe I'll check out the other videos with the brisket.
