Neo Metal Sonic was probably the coolest looking variant of Metal Sonic I had ever seen, but what made him such a underwhelming villain was the fact that he was beaten so easily even after taking a new form almost immediately he didn't even try fighting Sonic and the others in that current state just went all out in a two phased boss fight. Made me think the game devs didn't have the time to incorporate a 1st phase with the NMS form.

I believe it's called Cos clay? But if you use Cos clay it bakes into a kind of hard but flexible structure which is good to use for the tips of things or spikes/protrusions! You can also use the sculptable plastic.
