What he meant to say was "yeast cake", not cocaine. 🤣🤣, which is added to the boiled rice and roasted millet mixture. I am an Apatani. Ingredients are same but process differs. We ferment the rice millet mixture for some days. I am not sure if Adis do that. Appreciate your presentation.
