In my mind its not so much of a nerf as it is a rework. Burn should have never scaled off of enemy health. It just seems like a major oversight. Burn will need to scale off of player damage and not enemy health.
Yea it would be more fun if the builds were all somewhat even and it came down to more skill and unique build crafting then just burn damage kinda dumb
The game is still unplayable for many people so i dont think we have to worry about nerfs for a while the devs need to focus on fixing the game so people can play what they paid for nerfing anything should be the last of their priorities
Burn needs to be reworked. It's the only balance change that is absolutely necessary. The rest can be put toward the back until the bugs are all fixed.
@TrixRidiculous yes I 100% agree all I'm saying is I think fixing the bug that causes some people's game to crash shortly after launching it should be fixed first then after that a burn rework should be their focus
In every game its always that one build thats overpowered. If they made it so every build could wipe mastery 200 it would be pointless cause at that point you can just throw on anything without min/maxing and hit top mastery plus it still takes skill its not like you can just put this on and wipe flawlessly
i never understand nerfing games without pvp,.... cyberpunk did it too like why nerf a single player or pve game

All 4 afflictions should deal damage. Being electrocuted, poisoned, frozen should take hp aswell better solution than a nerf

That also needs to be solved, but burn can’t exist the way it does going into S1 of there will be no new builds
