    I have a dedicated page for Review.
    Bcus I sell only one product. So I want the Reviews to display on Reviews page not on the product page. How can that be done? So the Reviews are displayed on the dedicated 🤔 page

    Hi, great video and you're right, very easy to set up, but I didn't get the option to attach an image when I was sent the test email. How do you ensure that this is an option?

    Hi, is there a way that we can have the link of review form, so that we can share it to our customers who bought products from our physical stores too.

    Great video thanks. I had reviews before I started using this plugin, now I have set the badge but it shows 0 store and 0 product reviews. How do I get these reviews to show in the verified badge?

      Thanks Mosmic, I’m glad you found it helpful! Unfortunately, you can’t backdate your existing reviews as verified since they cannot be verified. Only future reviews captured after trust badges have been enabled will be verified.

    Great video and intro. Thanks! I'm looking at using this plugin for my site, and am interested in the pro version to get the custom "sent from" email address. Any ideas how this works in terms of SPF/DKIM? Where do the emails get sent from?

    • @terramedia9432
      @terramedia9432  4 года назад

      Thanks, I'm glad you found it helpful! Emails are sent using the Amazon Simple Email Service, so when you use the pro version to set your own email address, you would need to add the Amazon SES SPF records to your domain. This is pretty straightforward to do and you can find the relevant records to add here: docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/DeveloperGuide/send-email-authentication-spf.html
      More information on mail sending is available in the CusRev knowledgebase here: help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000568855-how-to-configure-from-address-and-name-for-emails
      DKIM requires domain authentication on the Amazon SES service or for you to provide your own DKIM signature. I don't believe either of these options is currently possible through the CusRev platform.
      I hope that helps :)

    Hi!
    I have gone through all the steps, only the button with "rating" has another link. Where can I adjust this to my site?
    Greetings

    I'm confused a bit. Do these reviews show up on our own site? Or do they show up on the cusrev website?

    Great video, easy to follow! Question...are you able to get reviews from previous customers? Is there a manual way to send a review?

    • @terramedia9432
      @terramedia9432  3 года назад +2

      You can send manual review reminders to past customers from the order screen if you have the option to manually send review reminders turned on. That’s the only way to get them from past customers.

    Great video, thank you! Got me set up nicely. Just wanted to know if the review column appears on a product page once it starts getting reviewed or if I might have done something wrong? Can't see any column for my product reviews on my live website, although no reviews have been submitted yet

      Hey Katie, by default the reviews will show up, once received, on your products in the comments section that WooCommerce normally uses for reviews. CR doesn’t go back and get reviews from past customers though, it only collects them from customers who place an order after it is installed. It is possible to manually send requests to past customers, but until you get some reviews there won’t be anything to show.

    WHERE IS THE DEMO FOR THOSE REVIEWS ???????
    I don't want to install a trial on my website, I don't want to watch a video, I don't want to read an essay about the features, I WANT TO SEE A LIVE DEMO ON YOUR WEBSITE.
    When did wordpress plugin authors stopped offering DEMOS ?????????

      @@DXCommanderHQ Well I'm pretty sure it DOES. NOW WHERE'S THE DEMO ????

    • @DXCommanderHQ
      @DXCommanderHQ 2 месяца назад

      @@alainportant6412 Customer Service is a two-way street.. However, if you read the instructions, an end-to-end demo would be fairly complex because it's all run by the customer. An email gets sent to the customer and they fill out a form. The end result can be found if you do an Image search on Google following this search term, "customer service review wordpress". That's it. You can always email the plugin since if you work it out, they don't monitor these comments. They are busy folks.
