I'm at a serious handicap. Between my job as an otr truck driver, being severely overweight, and a knee that I tore up 18 years ago I have to rely on certain other aspects such as incredible violence and knowledge of where certain things are and how to get there in a timely manner. And yes, a truck can absolutely be used as a weapon. A very large one.

Many people have this idea that to bunker in their home when unwanted individuals show up. I submit to you, that if things get as bad as a “purge”, you need to get out of that house, outflank your enemy and neutralize the threat.
Protecting your property, doesn’t start at the doorstep. It doesn’t even start at the mailbox at the end of your driveway. Protecting yourself and your property has a lot to do with networking and intelligence gathering. Often times, being aware of your surroundings and where certain potential threats may lie can mean the difference in success and failure. Much information can be derived from open sources. A person just has to take the time to research what threats lie in their area.

The second you leave your home, survivability drops 30%...this is on a normal day 😂, During a SHTF it drops over 50%😂
@@MosaicHomestead and exactly how many fire fights have you been in to come up with these percentages? Because I have deployed several times to places that would be considered SHTF. You need to be able to maneuver and you can’t do that stuck in a box. The old laws of war do not apply to fixed positions anymore with upgraded technology.
@docgalt2801 None, but I've ducked from gun fire since I was a kid in the Bronx. I survived long enough to learn about logistical support of modern warfare that does not exist and will never exist outside the military, without this support your survivability drops over 50% for a military servicemen without this support.

I'm installing 6 foot block and concrete walls on my property line, not a million, but not cheap either 😂 . I do all my own work, so it comes out a lot cheaper. I slowly spent about 9k building a bunker for my chickens, they have their own off grid solar and water infrastructure 😂
My home is built out of steel reinforced block and concrete. The roof is 6 inch thick double mesh rebar with 1-1/4 rebar reinforcement. If i had to survive a purge, i would build 1/4 " metal window shutters with Diy metal hinges that take 1/2" rebar hinge pins, I could build this even if the power was out, this would make the home completely bullet proof and fire 🔥 proof, I love working with metal 😂

Totally crap you need to be low profile not turning your property into a prison. Teach yourself a martial art and your family but be low profile that means no fancy car and looking boring. Everything is a weapon.
