I’m really tempted to hop on mythic legions because of these behemoths, sure I knew they weren’t going to have great range but… they would look sick behind Loki, or fighting Thor, Hercules, etc.

The head on the original Ice Troll appears to have been inspired by the Wampa from SW Episode V.

Yeah the trolls are the least articulated Mythic Legions. They're sculpted as lumbering brutes instead of agile hunters.
Yeah they’re very different from the norm. Form over function here for sure.
I'd like a size comparison with the old inhumanoids figures.
Thanks for the excellent review! What do these go for at the 4H booth at Toy Shows? I see retail is $169.99. I'm assuming if I pick up Brontus at this point, the two head sculpts and chain will be included in the box.

How much did each of these figures cost on the Horsemen’s preorder?
I’m thinking about buying one from BigBadToyStore, but I was just curious what the price was for those that bought direct from Four Horsemen.
As always, you do great reviews, and this time around is no different. You're one of the RUclipsrs that got me into MYTHIC LEGIONS collecting, and I've been a fan of your channel ever since.
I missed out on Brontus the first time, so I pre-ordered him. It was indeed a major bummer not to get his cyclops head, because Brontus has been at the very top of my want list for two or three years now. It really kind of ruined my joy of finally getting this figure. It's the last week of February, and my head and chain haven't arrived yet, but hopefully they will soon arrive in the mail. I'm a big fan of the Horseman's MYTHIC LEGIONS line, so they haven't lost me as a customer, but man, this snafu hurt a lot, as it took all the wind out of my sails, after waiting for months to get the figure. Once the head and chain come in, I might fill differently about things, but right now I'm still bummed out by this mistake. It's a real downer, because I feel like the MYTHIC LEGIONS line is one of the best, quality line of figures out there, but my excitement has cooled off a bit. Maybe I can snag one of those Headless Horseman figures and turn that around? I hope so.
With limited articulations and taking up alot of shelf and storage space, ML should just release new troll heads instead. I for one have not collected any troll from ML. To me, I have better use of my limited $ for other ML and CL figures.

I do wish the Ice Troll had a red/orange/yellow eye instead of "just" blue... And yes, articulation is basic (think Toybiz L.O.T.R. Cave Troll).
