Running as administrator fixed a RIP issue I was struggling with for two hours. Such a silly issue problem but I'm just glad I can print again. Thank you!
We ran the VW 6.7update yesterday and it would no longer run on our Win10 machine. Something about OS compatibility or something like - I should have taken a screen cap but we had jobs we needed to get out. Had to uninstall, and re-install 6.2 from the disc that came with our VG2540. Contacted Roland, but they have not replied.
Dear, I am running two Roland XJ 540 and 640 but they stop printing after ripped. The message on the computer is "Roland onsupport has stopped working" I turned off and on all printers, computers and the internet and uninstalled 'Roland Versaworks, and reinstalled it but ended up with the same message. When you see this message. Please HELP!!! Thanks
The cutter in my roland at work is shaking when it cuts...on easy letters that should take seconds takes way longer! Thats not normal what should i do?
Guys! I need help! Not sure what the issue is but when I am printing , the printing stops mid print and status shows a red circle with an exclamation mark. Its some kind of error code. And when I right click, the only option I have is to abort the print. Its so wasteful and not sure how to troubleshoot.
I am using windows 11 and for some reason at first I could not get my bn20a to print, now I cannot get versawork to recognize the printer so that I can see the versawork box.

Could be that the blade needs replaced. Please email qe@stahls.com to get assistance with this issue.
I updated to windows 11 yesterday, prints and cuts without laminate fine but after I laminate it can't pick up the registration marks
