Over 700 Community Health Promoters Receive Smartphones to Enhance Service Delivery.

Cabinet Secretary for Health Nakhumicha S. Wafula, CS Mithika Linturi and Florence Bore accompanied the CS in the distribution of the smartphones which will help CHPs to capture details of the locals as primary source of information. " We are trying to do away with paperwork so that every person’s details are well captured and for easy checking of the progress of the patient,” she said.
The CS added that the government was keen on ensuring health services are available, accessible, and affordable to every Kenyan.
The CSs also visited Ngaremara area where they distributed relief food supply to the elderly and those affected by flash floods.
