good manhunt from Twingo, imo use of atomizer is justified if the hunters create a big pile of cars where there is no way out except to use the atomizer.
If the hunters can get out of the cars to build a trap, then the use of the atomizer is authorized. If you stay in your cars and create a blockage, then he should have to stay in the car too. Good manhunt!

Video idea. Hunters in a Kanjo SJ and the runner in the jester RR. Start at sandy airfield, Finish line is end of the pier, runner has to hit all 5 LS customs in any order they want to and each time they hit a customs the hunters has to remove 1 of the same upgrades as the runner. I.E runner upgrades engine level the hunters remove it to the next lowest they have, but if the runner upgrades the turbo the hunters have to give the runner 5/10 seconds head start from the LS customs they upgrade it at and the runner can only move from customs after 1/2 of the hunters come out the customs from vehicle reductions.
