Try 5C, 9C, 214C, delay 8C, jumping C, D, 6B, 236 Lvl2 super. I found this combo. It takes 3 stars but the damage is 45 to 47%. It may seem that you need have your opponent cornered but you don't have to. Test it and let me know if you managed to do it.
It shows which direction you must press. 5 = neutral/not pressing any direction button 2 = down 6 = forward 4 = back 8 =up/jump Just like numbers on numpad in full keyboard layout
