I realized that in my old world almost every building has a two layered wall, because I always used it to add depth. I'm trying to change and improve my building style this time. I can learn a lot from the way you explain your building process and design, thanks for the videos :)

don't forget your in 1.21, you can get 2 villagers in a boat and pull it up & down hills with a lead

I love this video because after years of playing mc and learning how to rush i was about to forget forever how it feels to enjoy all the little things the SANDBOX allows the player to do. I recently created a world with the same purpose of yours and it's so enjoyable to be slow. I started building a tent for the first night and it is so good looking, a campfire and all, anytime i take the same path i mark it with a shovel so i can decorate it later. Then after the new update i'm facing a lot of issues with the chunk loading because i'm playing on bugrock of course, it makes it impossible to enjoy. It's been a month already and it's still unfixed lol.
I hope you can get the chunk issues resolved soon!

Gimme more now! The worst thing about this series is coming across it early! Now I have to wait for episodes to come out instead of binge watching a massive backlog. Great stuff: clean editing, a good mix of building tutorial and timelapse (one of my biggest pet-peeves of current MC lets plays is timelapse building and a quick tour showing few details or process), unique and compelling build style., and your calming narration!
Please keep posting this content - I am happy to wait - Don't burn yourself out trying to stick to an upload schedule.

Amazing, I love your building scale a lot! 🥰Also, in 1.21 u can use rope/lead on boats, so moving villagers or animals is much easier this time

First time popping in and I already love your style, both in minecraft as well as your style for your videos.
You have a really mellow vibe to you, and you have such a unique build style that I've never seen before. You also had me very invested in the build because you were teaching building techniques, which was really interesting to watch.
I've played minecraft for over 10 years, but somehow I've never beaten the ender dragon (i got up to finding the end portal and stopped i have no clue why) , never learned how to build, do redstone, ect.
So even as a seasoned player, it's great to actually learn how to build.. I've recently been obsessed with building haha.

i love your playstyle and very much do the same. i like playing with friends, but they don't the share the same idea and start to rush things. for me its like implemanting a little story to your world. i build with the idea that every building needs a purpose and a little backstory

Your blacksmith house looks so awesome. 🤩I love all the little details and the depth in the only one block deep walls.
Unfortunately, the trapdoors at head height don't stop the pathfinding, which is why the villagers are constantly stuck to the doors. Instead of the doors, you can use fence gates. That would fit the style too. And the trapdoors make a perfect shelf to put something on. 😉
Yea that is true about their pathfinding! I might have to modify it a little!

You know they will escape through the doors plus zombies can break any wooden door. If you really want to keep them safe use a few iron doors
They can’t go out the door as I make it so it’s too short for them to fit thru. Also I placed the doors at an angle when building it so they are zombie proof as the zombie thinks the doors are open when they are actually closed!

Never cared much for survival. Even back in the days of Beta I was much more interested in Creative because I was always drawn by the freedom Minecraft provided and I saw Survival as a limiting factor to building what I want bc I'd have to grind for hours to get all the materials and that was never appealing to me. But recently I've decided to commit to playing Survival for at least a couple days to see if I like it or if I'll switch to the shittier version of Blender that is Creative Minecraft with WorldEdit and Axiom and... so far I like it! I'm playing on peaceful bc I really don't like combat and first five days all I've been doing is digging tunnels and strip mining like I'm playing Dwarf Fortress and honestly I say swinging pickaxe for 3 hours is unreasonably fun!
I'm able to zone out and grind while listening to some podcasts and once I'm done I have more than enough materials for builds on the surface. I'm having a blast taking my time :)

Its is right by spawn I don’t have the exact cords. If you watch both videos and also have the seed 3918163394485153952 you have no issue finding the exact location.

Honestly I don’t really go to minecrafters to get inspired I get inspired by art and other architecture!
What shaders for the clouds are you using?
Wish i could switch off rushing to elytra and automating, altho life without shulkers is hell lol
I just build smaller and use donkeys etc
it can be hard to know how far in the series you are maybe put episode 2 in the title
I want each episode to be a stand alone episode that anyone can watch. Putting ep2 in the title makes it seem like you have to watch ep1 first. I have a playlist if you want to watch them in order.
