Hello mam. Partograph explained very nicely. I have one doubt. If a patient comes in labour with cervical dilatation > 4cm, say 6 cm, then where to mark x, on Alert line or on the verticle line in left side showing cervical dilation? Thank you in Advance.
Thank you mam, partogram has been not well understood before i came to fhis video. even though we had written multiple dummy case sheets without knowing properly about it😂
With good contractions and clinical signs of CPD, giving oxytocin can be counterproductive, particularly in 2nd stage, it will further impact the fetal head, making a 2nd stage cesarean also particularly difficult. Also one may end with a difficult instrumental vaginal delivery. So be very very cautious.
Thank you very much Ma'am. You are a life-saver for all students.
