I religiously use a caliper to get the axle bolt 100% straight. Your bearings will thank you for it in the long run. I love my 2016 GSXS,the best bang for buck out there. I WAS looking for a BMW S1000R but for the money a 2014-15 BMW with 30-40.000 km on it i got a mint GSXS1000 with 7500 kms instead. Only thing i really miss is cruise control.....

One question, have you switched places with the axle nut ? All mine gsxs / gsxr have the nut on the left side. Just curious
I seen a few people do this. It apparently stops the tension of the chain changing when you tighten and torque the axle nut.
I think you need your 36 mil axel nut on the left side :) Thats sprocket side ;)
